초록

인구 구조 문제와 고령화 현상이 두드러짐에 따라 노인요양시설의 공간환경과 입주 노인의 수요환경이 사회적으로 주목받고 있다. 사회적 행동의 촉진은 노인의 심신 건강에 도움이 되므로 시설에 입주한 노인의 사회적 행동 욕구에 더 많은 관심을 기울여야 한다. 현재 중국의 노인요양시설은 입주 노인의 개인화 수요에 대한 고려가 부족하고 시설 내 교류가 어려운 것이 일반적이다. 따라서 본 연구는 행위관찰법을 조사 방법으로 채택하여 노년층 사회적 행동 패턴에 대해 유형화를 진행하고, 이에 대한 분석 및 해석을 수행하여 시설 내 프로세믹스와 사회적 행동에 대한 노년층 사회적 행동 패턴의 영향 요인과 수요 특징을 탐색하고자 한다. 조사분석에 따르면 시설 내 물리적 공간의 환경 계획은 노년층 사회적 행동의 양과 질에 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 노년층 사회적 행동 패턴의 개인차 정도에 따라 프로세믹스 공간 설계의 규모와 수요의 구성이 결정된다. 따라서 사회적 행동 패턴 기반의 조사분석법은 노인요양시설의 물리적 공간환경 설계에 일정한 참고의의와 응용 가치를 갖는 동시에 노년층 상호작용 수요에 중점을 둔 프로세믹스를 설계하는 데 지침과 방법을 제공하고자 한다.

영어초록

With the prominent population structure problem and aging phenomenon, the space environment of facilities of elderly nursing institutions and the demand environment of elderly residents have received social attention. Social behaviors are conducive to the healthy physical and mental functions of the elderly, and more attention should be paid to the social behavior demands of the elderly residing in facilities. Currently, facilities in China's elderly nursing institutions generally lack consideration for the individual needs of elderly residents, and social isolation is common in facilities. Therefore, this study aims to adopt the behavior observation investigation method to conduct type analysis and interpretation on the social behavior patterns of the elderly group to explore the influence factors and demand characteristics of the social behavior patterns of the elderly group on the proxemics and their social behaviors in the facilities. The investigation and analysis showed that the plan of the physical space environment in facilities had a significant impact on the quantity and quality of the social behaviors of the elderly group, and the degree of individual difference in the social behavior patterns of the elderly group determined the functional scale and demand-oriented configuration of the proxemics design. Therefore, the investigation and analysis method guided by the social behavior patterns has certain reference significance and application value for the physical space environment design of facilities in elderly nursing institutions. Meanwhile, the guidance path and direction for the plan are provided for the proxemics design that attaches importance to the social interaction demands of the elderly group.
