초록

This study analyzed and considered various scenes of a police questioningabout the aspect and function of the code-switching between the commonlanguage and regional dialect which are looked at by the language use of thelocal police and a citizen, using the method of a conversation analysis payingattention to heteropia of the linguistic code.
The result of analysis is as follows. The code-switching in the policequestioning scene, it was common in that it appears when the flow ofconversation begun, converted and completed, and it turned out that codeswitchingis used with a clear communication intention into the flow ofconversation instead of the language use which became independent ofconversation. And from the thing conversation analysis in the police questioningscene, when the participant in a police questioning changes his code intocommunication, A code is changed as a marker of change or expressing one'slinguistic attribute and social authority of a situation or subject, or a partner'spsychological burden is affected. The code-switching between the commonlanguage and dialect which appear in the communication scene of a policequestioning in such a meaning is a participant's utterance attitude and state ofmind It can be said that it is used for conversation with communicationfunctions, such as expression of social/ linguistic attribute, presentation andconversion of subject and a message.
