초록

In this research the distribution of angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE, EC 3.4.15.1) genetic types are compared amongst 32 elite female speed skating athletes according to their sporting entries. Furthermore, the relationship of aerobic and anaerobic capacity, isokinetics and muscular function among different genetic types are explored. Firstly, Elite female long distance speed skating athletes shows Ⅱ genetic type (12.5%), and 11 showed ID genetic type(68.75%). Secondly, when aerobic capacity was tested, Among both male and female groups, long distance athletes showed high level of VO2max(p<.05), and there was noticeable difference. Also long distance athletes showed high level of HRmax and AT, but there was no noticeable differences. Thirdly in relation to anaerobic capacity, female athletes, long distance athletes showed higher peak power and there was a noticeable differences amongst different groups. Fourthly in terms of the maximum muscular strength of the ankle joint on 60°/sec loaded speed, female short track athletes showed greater extention in both right and left hand sides(p<.05)(p<.05).
Fifthly Among ACE genetic polimorphism,Ⅱgenetic type has greater correlation with aerobic capacity (p<.05) and DD genetic type with anaerobic capacity. In terms of isokinetic muscular function, DD genetic type showed greater correlation with maximum muscular strength(p<.01).
