<武屹精舍> 題詠詩를 통해 본 空間과 학적 家族의 관계와 그 의미 (The relationship and meaning of space and school register family analyzed through "Mu-Heul-Jung-Sa" a poem about the landscape)

초록

본고는 武屹精舍를 중심으로 창작된 題詠詩의 양상을 살펴보고 그 의미를 추적해 보고자 작성된 것이다. 무흘정사는 寒岡부터 후대 문인에 이르기까지 한강 학맥의 구심적 역할을 한 공간으로 중요하다. 무흘정사는 둔세의 공간으로 인식되었으나 후대로 내려올수록 연대의 공간으로 의미가 더 부각되었다. 한강 문인들은 무흘정사라는 특정 공간을 중심으로 제영시를 창작하였으며, 이를 통해 선학과 후학이 정서적 공유와 연대를 이루고자 하였다. 이때 무흘정사 제영시는 특정 공간을 추체험하여 회상하는 역할에 그치는 게 아니라 선현에 대한 회한과 존숭을 통해 학적 家族으로 일체화하는 詩적 발현이라는 점에서 의미가 크다. 제영시는 학인들의 정서적 친밀감을 끈끈하게 견인하면서 통시간적으로 연결하는 역할을 수행한다는 점에서 학적 가족의 연대 방식으로 그 의미가 새롭게 부각될 필요가 있다.
전통시대 가족은 家庭이라는 空間과 親姻戚의 血緣關係를 기본으로 한다. 이를 학맥에 적용시켜 본다면 精舍라는 공간과 師承이라는 학연관계로 대치할 수 있을 것이다. 특히 특정 공간을 중심으로 한 학맥의 정서적 공유는 시간을 초월한 견실한 연대를 지향한다는 측면에서 비혈연적 관계망 속에 형성된 廣義의 家族이라 불릴 수 있을 것이다. 이점은 전통시대 가족의 외연에 있어 학적 가족의 존재와 의미가 새롭게 조명될만한 것임을 의미한다.
본고는 무흘정사 제영시를 통해 학맥을 전통시대 비혈연적 가족의 관계망인 학적 가족이라 지칭하고 그 의미를 천착해 본 것에 의미가 있다. 무흘정사를 통해 형성된 학적 공유와 연대의 의미를 확장시켜 전통시대 학맥을 비혈연적 가족이 전변된 형태로 이해하는 새로운 시각이 마련될 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.

영어초록

This paper intends to research on aspects of a poem about the landscape created with focus on <Mu-Heul-Jung-Sa> and trace the meaning of this phenomenon. <Mu-Heul-Jung-Sa> is important because of its roles as center of Han gang academic line from Han gang to writers in the later time. <Mu-Heul-Jung-Sa> used to be recognized as secluded space but later in time the meaning of solidarity space was more highlighted. Han gang writers created a poem about the landscape within certain space called <Mu-Heul-Jung-Sa> and tried to encourage emotional share and solidarity between older scholars and younger scholars. At the same time, <Mu-Heul-Jung-Sa> a poem about the landscape did not stay as the role of re-experiencing certain space and remember it. It made further progress and importance as starting point of developing unifying school register families through remorse and veneration towards the older scholars.
Emotional share of an academic line centered within certain space especially could be called as an extended meaning family formed though unrelated human networking in terms of pursuing strong bonds sustaining through eras. A poem about the landscape needs to be magnified as a solidifying method of school register family because of its role as catalyst for emotional bonds between scholars and connection of different eras.
It would contribute to create new perspectives to regard the traditional academic lines as the transformed version of the unrelated families by magnifying the meaning of bonds and share of academic line formed by <Mu-Heul-Jung-Sa> Families in the traditional times are based on the space of home and ties of blood with relatives. Applying this relationship to academic lines, the ties of blood could be replaced by strong bond between teachers and followers and the space of home could be substituted by the space called Jung-Sa.
This point shows that the existence and meaning of academic line has strong importance in extension of traditional families. This paper has its values of naming the academic lines compared to school register families which is unrelated family network in traditional era and analyzing the meaning of it though <Mu-Heul-Jung-Sa> a poem about the landscape.
