'읽기-쓰기' 통합 교육과 주체적 글쓰기 연구 - 대구대학교 '명저와 창의적 글쓰기' 교과목을 중심으로 - (A Study on Integrated 'Reading-Writing' Education and Subjective Writing - Focused on the 'Reading Masterpieces and Creative Writing' of Daegu University -)

초록

본고는 교양교육으로서의 <명저 읽기와 창의적 글쓰기> 교육의 주체적 글쓰기에 대한 연구이다.
교양교육으로서의 대학 글쓰기 교육은 통합력, 분석력, 비판력, 창조력을 향상할 수 있는 사고 교육과 그렇게 형성된 주체의 사고를 논리적으로 표현할 수 있는 언어 표현 교육이다. 이를 위해 대구대학교에서는 <읽기와 쓰기>통합 교육인 <명저(고전) 읽기와 쓰기> 관련 교과목을 개설하고 있다. 대구대학교 읽기-쓰기 관련 교과목인 <명저와 창의적 글쓰기> 교과목의 수업 방법으로 주체적 글쓰기 측면에서 제시한다.
명저의 텍스트 특징과 사고 표현인 글쓰기 특징을 통합한 <명저와 창의적 글쓰기> 교육은 주체의 사고 변화, 주체의 정체성 확립, 주체의 공동체성으로 연결되는 주체 형성 교육이다.
명저 읽기의 주체적 해석은 담화 요소인 저자(명저), 독자(학습자), 맥락(사회문화적 맥락)에 대한 주체의 반응과 변화 내용을 찾는 활동이라고 할 수 있다. 그래서 학습자는 각각의 담화 요소와 관련지어서 명저와 연관된 텍스트성, 독자와 연관된 자아 정체성, 맥락과 연관된 타자성으로 구분하고 각각의 주체 반응과 변화 내용을 생성한다.
창의적 글쓰기의 주체적 표현은 명저 읽기의 주체 변화 내용을 종합적으로 고려하여 창의적 글쓰기의 글의 목적과 글의 종류를 결정하고 글의 주제를 선정하여 완성글을 창작하는 것이다. 학습자는 명저 읽기에서 생성된 주체 변화 내용에 따라 글의 목적과 글의 종류를 선택하고 텍스트성 내용을 중심으로 해석적 글쓰기인 서평, 자아 정체성 내용을 중심으로 성찰적 글쓰기인 수필, 타자성 내용을 중심으로 비평적 글쓰기인 평론(시사, 문예) 등을 창작한다.
따라서 두 과정의 상호작용에 의한 통합 교육은 주체적 글쓰기 교육이다.

영어초록

This paper examines the necessity and significance of subjective writing in the course of <Reading Masterpieces and Creative Writing> as liberal arts education.
The two directions of college writing education as liberal education are thinking education that can improve integration, analytical power, criticism, creativity, and language expressive education that can logically express the thought of subject formed through it. Therefore, Daegu University has established and operated a curriculum related to <Reading Masterpieces and Writing> to provide integrated education on <reading and writing>. <Reading Masterpieces and Creative Writing> is an integrated reading and writing subject and adopts the subjective writing as a key teaching method.
The <Reading Masterpieces and Creative Writing>, which integrates the textual features of the masterpiece and the writing characteristics as the thinking expression, is the subject formation education that is connected to the thinking change, establishing identity and collectivity of subject.
The subjective interpretation in reading masterpieces is the activity exploring the subject's reaction and change to the author, the reader (learner) and the context(socio-cultural context). Thus, the learner distinguishes between the textuality associated with the masterpiece, the self - identity associated with the reader, and the otherness associated with the context in relation to each discourse element and recognizes the subject’s reaction and change.
The subjective expression of creative writing is to determine the purpose and type of writing by considering the contents of subject change of the reading masterpieces, and to select the subject and create the finished article.
The learner selects the purpose and type of writing according to the contents of subject change generated in the reading masterpieces, and creates the book review as interpretive writing focusing on textuality, the essay as reflecting writing focusing on self identity and the comment(discussion on current topics and literary arts) as critical writing focusing on otherness.
Consequently, the integrated education by interaction of two processes is subjective writing education.
