초록

본 연구는 새로운 교양교육 차원에서 국가에서 정책적으로 활용하고 있는 NCS(국가직무능력표준) 직업기초능력을 교양교육에서 어떻게 활용할 수 있을 것인가에 대한 고민에서 시작하였다. 교양교육의 목표가 단지 인성교육과 기본 소양을 기르는 것에만 있는 것은 아니며, 실제 학교, 사회 그리고 학생들의 가장 큰 고민인 취업에 있어서도 중요한 역할을 수행하기 때문이다. 따라서 전공교육에서 부족한 부분을 교양교육에서 보충하는 측면과 교양교육을 통해 학생들과 산업체가 요구하는 교육목표를 달성하기 위해 NCS 직업기초능력에 기반한 교양교과목의 개편방향을 실제 산업체 수요조사를 통해 확인하고자 하는 것이 중요한 목적이다. 분석결과 산업체가 요구하는 인성덕목은 성실성, 책임성, 예절과 태도, 적극성 등이며, 이에 따른 인재상은 인성, 목표의식, 창의성, 도전정신을 가진 인재로 이러한 인재상은 교양교육을 통해 보다 확장되어질 수 있다. 또한 NCS 직업기초능력의 보강을 통해 교양교과목 개편이 이루어진다면 산업체가 요구하는 다양한 인성과 역량을 가진 인재를 양성할 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로 NCS 직업기초능력은 단지 교과목으로만 교육되어질 수 있는 부분은 아니다. 학생들의 선호에 맞춘 비교과과정 운영을 통해 보다 확장되어질 수 있다. 교양교육의 목적은 학생들의 비판적 사고를 배양하고 사회에 적응하기 위한 인격체를 만드는 것으로 교양교육은 꼭 필요하다. 따라서 변화를 통해 보다 폭넓은 교양교육으로 변화가 필요하다.

영어초록

In this study, we started from the worries of how can be utilized in a liberal arts education the NCS professional basic ability that utilize the policy of the state in the new dimension of liberal arts education. Is not only the purpose of the liberal arts education only foster background knowledge and basic character education is because it plays an important role in employment is the trouble of the largest student school, society and the actual. Therefore, the actual direction of the reform of the liberal arts based on the NCS professional basic ability to order through liberal arts education and the side to supplement a liberal arts education the missing part in the education of majors, to achieve the educational objectives required by the industry and students be carried out on demand survey of the industry, to want to see is an important objective. As a result of the analysis, honesty, sense of responsibility, attitude and manners, virtues of toughness that industry is required, and the like aggressiveness, human resources image associated with this, in human resources and with toughness, sense of purpose, creativity and spirit of challenge, The talent of these images, via a liberal arts education, there can be more extended subject. In addition, it will be possible to train the human resources with a variety of ability and toughness if industry reform of the liberal arts have been performed through the strengthening of basic ability NCS professional needs. Finally, it is not a part that can only education in subjects only NCS professional basic ability. Through the operation of the comparison process in accordance with the wishes of the students, I can extend subject thing more. The purpose of liberal arts education is always necessary liberal arts education in order to foster critical thinking of students, to adapt to society, by creating a personality. Thus, through the changes, the change is necessary for broader general education.
