초록

본 연구는 IPTV의 양 방향성 기능을 통해 유통구조의 개선이 미래 섬유&패션 시장의 ‘유통구조의 혁신' 을 이루고자하는 목적이 있다. 2013년 8월 KT경제연구소는 스마트폰 사용자 94%가 모바일 영상을 본다는보고서를 제출했다. 섬유패션시장의 IPTV를 활용한유통구조의 개선을 모바일 영상 중 IPTV 양 방향성을통해 소비자 생산 단가를 조절하고 실제 이익을 소비자에게 되돌려주는 방향으로 연구 되었다. 특히 IPTV 특성인 양 방향성의 특징이 소비·유통·생산가 밀접한관계를 보인다는 가설을 ‘2012년 무선 인터넷 이용실태 통계’를 2008년부터 ONE-WAY ANOBA, t-test 비교분석을 통해 연구했다. 이미 IPTV 가입자 700만시대가 대중화를 맞았다. 2014년경 1,000만 시대를 넘어설 거라는 예측도 나왔다. 디지털미디어협회 김원호회장은1)“ IPTV는 모바일과 스마트란 최신 트랜드에가장 잘 어울리는 방송 서비스“ 라고 했다. 미래 섬유시장 과 패션산업에서 모바일 이용자 중심의 트랜드가성장할 거라는 예측이다. 개인 모바일 통계(이용,장소, 시간,경제활동)를 분석하여 미래 섬유시장 유통구조를해석한다. 인터넷을 통한 요인 조사를 통해 개인과 기업, 기업과 기업, 경쟁기업의 이해, 하청기업간의 영향을 통해 실제 소비자의 이익을 구현하면서 섬유· 패션시장이 갖고 있는 고질적인 병폐인 재고와 마진 가격의 거품을 제거하고 실 소비자가격이 전달되는 과정을 통해 보다 향상된 경쟁력을 갖춘 섬유&패션 산업으로의 진화를 모색 했다. 이번 소논문은 지난 2008년- 2012년 한국인터넷 진흥원 통계 자료를 중심으로 모바일 인터넷 사용자의 동향 요인을 분석하여 미래의섬유·패션시장의 무선 모바일 유통의 진화과정을 예측하는데 목적이 있다. 한국인터넷 진흥원 이기주원장은2011년 4세대이동통신인‘LTE( Long Term Evolution)’ 시대의 개막이후 급격한 가입자 증가로, 2012년 말LTE가입자 수 1천 589만명을 기록하면서 2011년 대비13.4배 증가했다고 밝혔다. 또한 스마트기기의 확산은스마트폰을 통해 무선인터넷에 접속하는 무선인터넷이용자는 2011년(60.1%) 대비 30.2%p 증가한 90.3%이다. 라고 밝히면서 “ 무선인터넷접속 시 ‘무선 랜(와이파이)’을 이용하는 경우도 76.3%로 증가했다고 밝혔다.
유선 인터넷이 가능한 환경에서도 무선인터넷 이용자의 과반수(57.8%)가 무선인터넷을 이용”한다고 했다.
이는 유선인터넷보다 시·공간적 제한을 받지 않는 무선인터넷이 앞으로 더욱 보편화 될 것으로 전망 된다는 분석이다. 인터넷TV 인터페이스 공간에서의IPTV 양방향성을 활용하여 유통 구조의 방법과 진보를 예측해 보고자 한다. 또한, 구매·제작·유통 패턴의 커뮤니티 활성화 방안의 하나로 제안 해 보고자 한다.
특히 모바일 폰과 모바일 패드이용자 중 경제활동의경향을 분석했다. 소비자구매 의사와 제작사(협력업체· 경쟁사)간의 소통의 장으로 진화 할 수 있는 방법을 살펴보고자 한다. IPTV 가입자 1,000만 시대에 필요한‘디지털 노마드’ 현대인의 특성인 언제'어디서나 정보와커뮤니케이션(M-commerce)을 통해 양방향성 경제 활동에 이용할 때 발생하는 시장의 확장을 보고자 한다.

This study was researched towards finding ways to control the unit cost that consumers have to pay and to return the marginal profit to the consumers by improving the distribution structure of the online fabric fashion market. In August of 2013, the KT Economic Research submitted a report stating that the 94% of smart phone users watch video on their devices. The paper focused mainly on the possibility of IPTV’s two-way communication to be utilized as the center of consumption, production, and distribution by analyzing ’2012 Statistics for Wireless Internet Use’ using ONE-WAY ANOBA Analysis and t-test comparison using data that was collected since 2008. Following the current trend, the number of members of IPTV has reached 7 million and is expected to increase to 10 million by 2014. Kim Won Ho, chairman of the Digital Media Association, stated in Chosun economy’s ‘News and People B2’ that “IPTV, with its mobility and smartness, is the broadcast system them is most suitable for the current trend.” Future electronics and fabric fashion market are expected to thrive alongside the growth of mobile users. One can analyze the future of the fabric market’s distribution structure by researching the current situation on the personal use of mobile devices. Through the research to understand the complex relationship between the consumer and the company, and between the company and their competitions and subcontractors, one can figure out ways to maximize the profit of customers by fixing the problems that current fabric market possesses. Problems like the marginal bubble that exists between consumer and suppliers can be removed by figuring out ways to directly convey the price that is set by the suppliers to consumers which will ultimately lead to the evolution of fabric and fashion market. This research paper tries to predict the process of evolution that the future market will go through by analyzing the statistical data from 2008-2012 produced by the ‘Korea Internet and Security Agency’.Chairman of the Korea Internet and Security Agency Lee Ki Joo stated that in 2012 the number of subscribers has increased 13-fold reaching 16 million since the launching of the 4th generation mobile communication services LTE (Long Term Evolution) in 2011. Based on the 30.2% increase in wireless internet user (reaching 90.3%), increase in wireless router users to 76.3%, and growing increase in preference of wireless internet to wired internet in 2012, the chairman also expects the wireless internet to become much more common. With a rise in such trends, this paper tries to predict the future of the mobile distribution structure by forecasting the new purchase patterns by analyzing the current shopping patterns that mobile internet subscribers have. This paper especially focuses on whether smart phones and tablets can evolve into the center of communication where consumers and suppliers discuss their motivation to buy or sell. Ultimately, this paper tries to foresee the expansion of market for ‘the 10 billion IPTV user generation’ that will arise from the two-way economic activity that ‘digital nomads’ of the 21st century specializes in by accessing information and communication (M-commerce) from ubiquitously.
