한국어 교육과정의 표준화에서 고려되어야 할 몇 문제 (A study on disputed ideas on the standarization of curriculum of Korean)

초록

지금까지 한국어교육은 국내외의 교육적 압력 때문에 표준적인 한국어교육과정이 없이 시행되어 왔다. 그러나 국내외의 한국어 교육 수요의 증가, 한국어 교육 기관의 폭발적인 설립으로 인해 기준과 참조가 될 만한 표준 한국어 교육과정의 구축은 시급한 당면 과제가 되었다. 이에 따라 이 글에서는 표준적인 한국어 교육과정 개발을 위해 전제가 되어야 하는 표준화의 범위와 개념을 정립하고자 하였다. 이 글에서는 표준화를 ‘설계 수준에서의 표준화’, ‘하위 한국어 교육과정’의 표준화, 교육과정 내부 조직의 표준화, 교과목의 표준화, 그리고 명칭의 표준화“으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 이 글은 표준화를 국가 수준, 일반학문취업 목적, 등급과 교과목 병행 교육과정과 문화 영역 그리고 6등급의 표준화를 제안하였다

영어초록

This study is to find a dispute of issues on establishing the standard korean curriculum for Foreign learners(SKC for FL). Without the SKC for FL, The Korean education have implemented because of emergency situation of Korean Education in due to home and foreign pressures. This is the time to establish the standard Korean curriculum because of increasing organization related to Korean education'need to establish an individual curriculum reference of Korean standard curriculum. But there are many issues to clarify the concept of standard aspects. It is five points that the aspects of standard should clarify. The first of all, is to clarify what is standard level of developing the layout of standard curriculum. This study asserts that the level of making layout of standard curriculum are government level's one. In addition of that, the main role of making layout of standard are The Ministry Culture and Tourism or the organization under the control of The MCT because he take main part in Korean Policy. The second is the standardization of sub-curriculum under the main SKC for FL. This study suggested that The sub-standard curriculum are ① The Korean curriculum for general aims ② The Korean curriculum for academic aims ③ The Korean curriculum for job. Someone argued that the three type of curriculum are no more than individual curriculum on the aspect of uniformity. Only if the grand aim is one for Korean language, we should included the sub-curriculum as long as the aim is for learning for Korean language in despite of their individual aims like one of the Korean curriculum for home learner. The third is the standard on the system of internal constitute of curriculum. This study suggested that not only standard curriculum on the focus of subject but also curriculum on the focus of grade is established because The Korean educations of the foreign country are operated according to individual subject and the existed internal organizations of home are operated according to grades for learner's proficiency. The fourth is on the standard of subject. I asserted that criterion of SKC for FL are 4 type criterions of language function(Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing) , Grammar, and Culture. Unlike the Korean curriculum for domestic people, I inserted the culture Instead of Literature. The fifth is on the standard of term. I explained that as the example of subjects. There are various title of Korean(the various rank of 1- 8 or basic, middle, high level or advanced, etc). I argued that the level of proficiency should be 6 grade compared to the education situation in home.
