위상문자로서의 병원명 표기문자에 관한 고찰 (A study of the notation letter of the hospital name as the phase letter)

초록

本研究は、社会言語学的研究方法を取り入れ、文字表象の持っているイメージと医療機関名の表記とがどのような相関関係を成すのかについて分析·考察したものである。詳しくは日本の地方都市に位置する医療機関を様々な社会的属性よって分類し、その医療機関名の表記に使われた文字種と多様な社会言語学的要因との関係について分析し、日本語の文字種が病院の内的·外的属性によってどのように現れ、どのような意味を持っているのかについて考察した。考察結果は以下のようにまとめられる。①医療機関名の表記における文字種と医療機関の所在地域は相関関係を持ち、都市部の医療機関では仮名表記、農村部の医療機関では漢字表記が使用される傾向がある。②医療機関名の表記における文字種と医療機関の規模は相関関係を持ち、大規模の医療機関では漢字表記、小規模の医療機関では仮名表記使用される傾向がある。③医療機関名の表記における文字種と医療機関の設立·運営の主体は相関関係を持ち、国公立の医療機関では漢字表記、個人運営の医療機関では仮名表記をはじめ多様な文字種が使用される傾向がある。④医療機関名の表記における文字種と医療機関の専門診療科は相関関係を持ち、基幹診療科では漢字表記、派生診療科では仮名表記が使用される傾向がある。⑤医療機関名の表記における文字種と医療機関の設立·開院時期は相関関係を持ち、時代の変遷によって「漢字表記→カタカナ表記→ひらがな·ローマ字表記」へと変化していく傾向がある。このように医療機関名の表記には、医療機関が持っていたり表そうとしたりしている医療機関のアイデンティティーを反映するものとして用いられ、漢字とひらがな、カタカナとローマ字という日本語の文字種が持っているイメージによって医療機関のアイデンティティが形成·強化されていると言える。

영어초록

.This study is analysis about the notation of the medical institution name forming what kind of correlation with the image that the harvest, the letter representation have a sociolinguistic method. Specifically, therefore, various social genus characteristics classify medical institutions located in the Japanese local city, and analyze it about a letter class and the relations with various sociolinguistic factors used for the notation of the medical institution name; a Japanese letter class of the hospital is internal.
The consideration result is settled as follows.
①A letter class and the location area in the notation of the medical institution name of the medical institution have a correlation, and kanji notation tends to be used with kana notation, the medical institution of the agricultural area with the medical institution of the urban area. ②A letter class in the notation of the medical institution name and the scale of the medical institution have a correlation, and kana notation tends to be used with kanji notation, the small medical institution with the medical institution of the large scale. ③The establishment of a letter class and the medical institution in the notation of the medical institution name. The main constituent of the administration has a correlation, and a various letters class tends to be used including kana notation with kanji notation, the medical institution of the individual administration with the country public medical institution. ④A letter class in the notation of the medical institution name and the specialized clinical department of the medical institution have a correlation, and kana notation tends to be used in kanji notation, the derivation clinical department in the basic clinical department. ⑤The establishment of a letter class and the medical institution in the notation of the medical institution name. As for the opening of a Diet session time, have a correlation; "is kanji notation → katakana notation → hiragana letter" by the change of the times.
I tend to change into Romaji notation.
It is used for the notation of the medical institution name as a thing reflecting the identity of the medical institution which a medical institution lasts and is going to express in this way and lets I form the identity of the medical institution by the image that a Japanese letter class has and strengthen it.
