초록

메이예르홀트는 구성주의에 기반한 신체 활동 위주의 연기를 위해 노력했다. 이러한 신체 활동에 기초한 연기를 생체역학 연기라고 하며, 생체역학 연기는 후대의 영향을 미쳤다. 배우가 그 역할에 공감함으로써 자신의 감정을 더 잘 표현한 것처럼 연기는 현실에 기반한 감정에 근거한 것이었다. 그러나 메이예르홀트는 배우의 몸과 무대를 도구로써 활용하였다. 무대는 배우가 연기할 공간일 필요가 없으며 배우와 관객을 연결하는 매개체가 될 수 있다. 생체역학 연기는 훈련된 신체를 통해 인간을 부분으로 나누는 연기를 표현했다. 배우는 아이디어를 실현하는 조직의 주체이며, 신체는 아이디어를 표현하는 도구이다. 현대 연기의 특징에는 표현 연기와는 다른 연기 방법이 포함되며 연기의 주요 형태는 이야기 또는 신체적 연기입니다. 탄츠테아터, 이미지 연기 및 신체가 강조되는 신체 연기는 포스트드라마의 공연을 위한 효과적인 연기 방법이다. 몸이 도구로 바뀌는 것은 설치예술의 단계와 다르지 않다. 전통적인 연극이나 춤에서 무대는 단순히 캐릭터가 머물렀던 공간이었다. 그러나 인체가 관능적으로 차지하는 공간과 무대는 캐릭터가 머무는 공간과는 다른 공간으로 인식된다. 탄츠테아터나 포스트드라마 공연의 특징은 메이어 홀드의 생체 역학과 많은 유사점을 공유하며 청중과의 커뮤니케이션에 대한 의견도 동일하다. 현대 공연, 배우 및 무대에서 관객과 좌석은 물리적 존재를 통해 서로의 가치를 확인하며 모든 것이 공연의 일부이다. 메이어 홀드는 연극과 총체극의 원칙을 통해 드라마 이후 공연의 특징을 깨닫고자했다.

영어초록

Meyerhold strived for acting that went through artificial process based on constructivism. Such acting based on body performance is called biomechanical acting, and this method and biomechanical performance based on biomechanics influenced the posterity. The acting prior was based on reality, as the actor expressed his or her emotions better by empathizing with the role. However, the biomechanical acting of Meyerhold used the body of the actor and the stage as well-knitted instruments. The stage did not have to be the space where the actor acted, and it could be a medium to connect the actor and the audience. Biomechanical acting expressed the actions of humans by dividing them into parts through trained body; the actor is the subject of organization that realizes ideas, and the body is mechanical instrument to express the ideas.
The features of contemporary acting include different acting method from representational acting, and the major form of the acting is narrative or physical acting. Physical acting, which is emphasized in dancing performance, image performance, and performance of physical acting, is the effective acting method for performativity for performances of post-drama era. The stage of the body turned into object was no different from the installed stage. The stage in traditional plays or dancing was merely space where the characters stayed. However, the space occupied sensually by human body and the stage are recognized as different space, and the actor performs differently. The characteristics of dancing performance and post-drama performances share many similarities with biomechanics of Meyerhold, and the opinions on the communications with the audience are also the same. In contemporary performance, the actor and the stage, the audience and seats confirm the values of each other through physical existence, and everything is part of the performance. Meyerhold sought to realize the features of the post-drama performances through the principles of theatricalism and total theater.
