전래 농서의 果樹類 분류와 相異 명칭 (Classification and Different Name of Fruit-Trees on Traditional Agricultural Books)

초록

This thesis is the study of the classification and lexical characteristics of Lexical field, fruit-trees which recorded in agricultural books. More than 230 kinds of old books concerned with agriculture were published during of Chosun-Dynasty in Korea. The lexical field of fruit-trees is including fruits and trees. This paper is taken next materials to see classification and lexical characteristics. 『穡經(1676)』, 『山林經濟(1715)』, 『增補山林經濟(1766)』, 『攷事新書(1771)』, 『穡經增集(1787)』, 『海東農書목판본(18세기 후반)』, 『海東農書성대본(18세기 후반)』, 『農政會要(1834)』,‘Fruits’ are presented in the common including next 12 items. ‘梨, 桃, 李, 杏, 林禽(柰附), 棗, 栗, 榛, 柿(輭棗附), 木瓜, 銀杏, 蒲萄’. ‘Trees’ are presented in the common including next 5 items. ‘松, 柏, 梧桐, 槐, 漆’. If the concepts of ‘Fruits 果類’ are ‘edible’ and ‘tree’, the concept of ‘trees 樹類’ should be separated these ‘edible’. The departure of items classified as ‘fruits’ is the basic meaning from the ‘fruits 果實, 열매’. However, all these distinctions were not strictly applied in the agricultural books. ‘林檎 and 柰, 암 and 고욤, 松柏 and 側柏, 柳 and 楊’, etc. as part of same level of different objects were studied by different items. ‘Persimmons, pears, oranges, 樗’ as part of the hyponymy were studied by different treatment targets.
