‘사물과의 대화록 쓰기’와 <조침문> 감상을 바탕으로 한 ‘애도적 글쓰기’ 프로그램이 자기서사에 미치는 긍정적 효과 (The positive effect on the self-epic of writing mourning program with ‘Dialogue with objects’ and appreciation of )

초록

이 연구는 몇 가지 가정을 전제로 한다. ‘사물과의 대화록 쓰기’와 <조침문> 감상을 바탕으로 한 ‘애도적 글쓰기’ 프로그램이 자기서사에 미치는 긍정적 효과를 입증하는 논문이다. 그리하여 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다.
먼저, 대응 항목들의 사전·사후 검사 결과간의 대응표본 검정결과를 보면, 두 가지 항목들을 제외한 대부분의 항목들에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 뿐만 아니라, 전체 사전·사후 검사 결과 간의 대응표본 검정결과도 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 그리고 99% 신뢰구간으로 통계 처리한 t검증에서도 약간의 차이가 있지만, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다.
또한 각 항목의 사전·사후 검사 결과 간의 단순 상관계수와 유의확률을 비교해 보면, 여덟 가지 항목들은 강한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 그리고 이들 모두 통계적으로 유의하다.
또한 남녀별 동일한 모집단으로부터 추출된 동일표본에 대해 프로그램의 효과가 있다는 결과가 나왔다. 대응 항목들의 사전·사후 검사 결과간의 대응표본 검정결과 t값과 유의 확률을 보면, 네 가지 항목을 제외한 나머지 대부분의 항목에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 그리고 전체 사전·사후 검사 결과 간의 대응표본 검정결과도 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다.
또한 여자 사전·사후 검사 결과에 대한 대응표본 t검증 결과에서는 일곱 가지 항목에서만 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 남자의 결과에 비하면, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 항목의 수에 차이가 난다. 하지만 전체 사전·사후 검사 결과 간의 대응표본 검정결과도 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다.
물론 이러한 결과는 첫째, 이러한 프로그램을 통해 남자의 경우는 11가지 항목에, 여자의 경우는 7가지 항목에, 유의미하고 긍정적인 영향을 받았다. 둘째, 이러한 프로그램 과정을 통해 남자는 ‘어머니’에 대한 태도에, 여자는 ‘아버지’에 대한 태도에 유의미하고 긍정적인 영향을 받았다. 셋째, 전체 사전·사후 검사 결과 간의 대응표본 검정결과가 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타난 것은 그만큼 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 나온 항목들에서 매우 큰 유의미한 차이가 났기 때문이거나, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 판명된 항목들에서의 결과가 근소한 차이에서 초래된 결과일 수 있다.
한편, 남녀에 따른 프로그램의 효과에 차이가 있는지, 그 차이가 통계적으로 유의하게 있는 지를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 성별에 따른 전체 사전·사후 검사 결과에 대한 독립표본 t검증 결과가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 즉 이 프로그램의 효과가 남녀에 따라 차이가 있다.
둘째, 특히나 ‘권위자’, ‘죄의식’, ‘능력’, ‘운명’ 등의 항목들에서 통계적으로 유의미한 성별에 따른 전체 사전·사후 검사 결과에 대한 독립표본 t검증 결과가 나타났다.
셋째, ‘권위자’, ‘죄의식’, ‘능력’, ‘운명’ 등의 항목들의 남녀별 사전·사후 검사 결과에 대한 대응표본 t검증 결과를 보면, 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. ‘운명’ 항목을 제외한 나머지 항목들은 남자는 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 나온 반면, 여자는 그렇지 않다. 하지만 비록 ‘운명’ 항목이 남녀 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 결과로 나왔더라도 통계적으로 유의미할 정도로 그 효과의 차이가 있음을 의미한다.
이렇듯 ‘사물과의 대화록 쓰기’와 <조침문> 감상을 바탕으로 한 ‘애도적 글쓰기’ 프로그램이 자기서사에 미치는 긍정적인 효과는 위와 같이 여러 측면에서 발휘된다고 할 수 있다.

영어초록

This study is based on several assumptions. Based on that premise, this study demonstrates that literary therapeutic potential of writing mourning program with ‘Dialogue with objects’ and appreciation of <JoChimMoon>. Thus were obtained the following results.
First, according to a paired sample test results between the corresponding entries of pre-tests and post-tests results, on most items, except for two items showed a statistically significant difference. As well as, also a paired sample test results between entirety the corresponding entries of pre-tests and post-tests results showed a statistically significant difference. And, but little difference, statistical treatment in 99% a confidence interval t - test showed a statistically significant difference.
As well, Comparing the significant probability and the simple correlation coefficient between the pre and post test results for each item, eight items showed a strong positive correlation relationship. And the results are both statistically significant.
Also, the result suggests that the effect of the program for the same sample extracted from a same sex population. Comparing the significant probability and the paired sample t-values test results between the pre and post test results for corresponding items, showed a statistically significant difference from most the rest of the items except the four items. and also a paired sample test results between entirety the corresponding entries of pre-tests and post-tests results showed a statistically significant difference.
As well, in the paired sample t-test results on the women pre and post test results showed a statistically significant difference only seven kinds of items. Compared to the results of the man pre and post test results, That differs in the number of items with statistically significant differences. But also a paired sample test results between entirety the corresponding entries of pre-tests and post-tests results showed a statistically significant difference.
Of course, these results are, First, through this program, the case of the man was a significant positive effect on the eleven kinds of items, and he case of the women was a significant positive effect on the seven kinds of items. Second, Through this program, the case of the man was a significant positive effect by the attitude of the mother, and the case of the women was a significant positive effect by the attitude of the father. Third, the reason of a paired sample test results between entirety the corresponding entries of pre-tests and post-tests results showed a statistically significant difference is that a very large significant difference in the items, or the slight difference in results.
On the other hand, if there is a difference in the effect of the program according to the sex, the difference was to analyze whether a statistically significant. As a result, first, independent sample t-test results for the entire pre and post test results according to gender showed a statistically significant. That is, the effect of the program can vary depending on the gender.
Second, in particular, showed statistically significant Independent sample t-test results results according to gender in items such as: 'Authority', 'guilt', 'capability', 'destiny'.
Third, showed statistically significant paired t-test results according to gender in items such as: 'Authority', 'guilt', 'capability', 'destiny'. While the rest of the items except the 'destiny' items are statistically significant results from men, women are not. However, although the 'destiny' item has a statistically significant result came out both men and women, even if that means that the difference in effect to be statistically significant.
As such, The effect of this writing mourning program with ‘Dialogue with objects’ and appreciation of <JoChimMoon> program may be said to be exhibited in a number of aspects as described above.
