블렌디드 러닝 기반 초등학교 체육수업 설계 전략 고찰 (An Examination of Blended Learning-Based Elementary School Physical Education Class Design Strategies)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 블렌디드 러닝의 개념과 모형에 관한 이론적 지식과 체육수업 설계 및 실행 시 필요한 실제적이고 방법적인 지식을 체육교육자들과 공유하는 것이다. 블렌디드 러닝 기반 초등학교 체육수업의 실행을 위해서는학습자의 참여동기 진작을 위한 온라인 학습 콘텐츠의 중요성을 강조하였다. 특히 흥미롭고 정확하며 학생들의 수준을 고려한 콘텐츠 개발을 위해 교사는 공동체 사고활동을 통해 교육과정 재구성을 통한 내용선정, 디지털 기기사용, 내용교수지식에 전문성을 발휘해야 한다. 결과로부터 과정을 설계하는 역방향 수업설계의 필요성도 언급하였다. 체육수업의 경우 오프라인에서도 수업을 방해하는 다양한 변인들에 의해 학습목표와 성과를 달성하는데 어려움을 겪는 경우가 허다하므로 더더욱 성과와 목표를 예상하는 연역적 추리과정이 필요하다. 블렌디드 러닝은 순환모델, 플렉스모델, 알라카르테모델, 가상학교 강화모델이 있는데, 순환모델을 제외한 3가지 모델은 교실 수업을 대체하거나 보완하는데 활용가치가 높다. 블렌디드 러닝 기반 초등학교 체육수업은 온라인 학습, 교사와의 대면수업,모둠활동, 과제해결을 위한 토론이나 프로젝트 등의 과정이 포함되고, 학생들이 정해진 시간에 따라 움직이는 순환모델을 통해 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 순환모델 중에서도 스테이션 순환학습과 거꾸로 교실을 중점적으로 논의하였으며, 랩 순환학습과 개별 순환학습은 향후 체육수업에의 적용 가능성을 타진하고 후속연구의 필요성을 제언하였다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to share theoretical knowledge of the concepts and models of blendedlearning along with practical and methodical knowledge required in the design and execution of physicaleducation classes with physical educators. Emphasis was placed on the importance of online learningcontents to boost learner motives for participation to implement blended learning-based elementary schoolphysical education classes. In particular, to develop content that is interesting, accurate, and that takesinto account student levels, teachers should exercise expertise in content selection, digital device use, andcontent teaching knowledge through education course reconstruction through community thoughtactivities. In the case of physical education classes, there are often cases in which difficulties areexperienced in the achievement of academic goals and performance due to various variables that hinderclasses even offline so deductive reasoning processes that predict performance and goals are needed evenmore. Blended learning includes a circulation model, a flex model, an alacarte model, and a virtual schoolreinforcement model and the three models excluding the circulation model have a high level of use valuein the substitution or supplementation of classroom instruction. Blended learning-based elementary schoolphysical education classes include processes such as online learning, face-to-face classes with teachers,group activities, and discussions or projects for problem solving and these can be conducted throughcirculation models that move according to times set by students. This study focused its arguments onstation circulation learning and reverse classrooms among circulation models and examinations weremade of the applicability of lab circulation learning and individual circulation learning in future physicaleducation classes and proposals were made of the need for future research.
