아리랑 연구의 現況과 課題 (A Study on the current situation and issues to be solved in the song of Arirang)

초록

Arirang means the song of Arirang which resembles Korean nature and represents the people"s great spirit in tins land In the long history of Korea, Arirang has been positioned as the people"s song and most of them can sing the song. However, nobody knows what this song means exactly and even to the meaning of Arirang itself at this time.
The reason why we lost the meaning can be analyzed in two points. The first comes from a secret message. "That is to say, Arirang is not just a simple folk song or a popular song made with lyrics in a film shown in 1933, hut an epic poem made through complex processes over the long periods of time.
The second was caused through distortion to the truth by Japanese and Kof8<"U1 scholars who toe the imperialism line during Japanese occupation period of Korea Obviously, Japanese imperialism-patronized scholars omitted intentionally and discarded the truth at that time, excluding the meaning of the Holy lady(A-ri-rang, 阿里娘) in the record of 『Maechon Yarok(梅泉野錄)』(Hwang Hyun, 黃玹, recorded in 1894) and some others. Instead, they found some similar pronunciation close to Arirang and fabricated such as A-i-rong(아이롱, 我耳聾), A-ri-rang(아리낭, 我離娘), A-nan-ri(아난리, 我難離), A-rang(아랑, 阿娘), A-rang-wi(아랑위, 阿郞偉) Al-young(알영, 閼英), and then deliberately combined with some folk tales which could not be identified at that time into one so that Koreans being misunderstood the meaning of Arirang from sublime to the ridiculous one. All the time, japanese imperialists have been worried about the song of Arirang just like a dangerous thoughts.
I found the song is not just a simple song, but an encrypted text and there are two types of Arirang pronunciation ; l)A-a-rirang(아아리랑), means the Holy lady as an encrypted text and, 2)Ari-i-rang(아리이랑), means blue waves in the water as a plain text and original meaning from the ancient times.
In this paper, I am focusing on A"-a-rirang and explaining on the decryption and encryption process in detail. In the encrypted text of Arirang, the decryption key to decode the encrypted text is "Arirang Seurirang"(아리랑 쓰리랑, 阿女郞 是女郞) which rreans Arirang is the Holy lady, Yeo-Rang(女郞).
By using this decryption key, Arirang can be decoded and find all the characteristics in which the original forms are involved.
