태권도선수들의 재사회화 프로그램 개발과 평가 (The development and evaluation of Taekwondo players' resocialization program)

초록

The necessities and purpose of this research are to develop and evaluate the program which can be applied to Taekwondo players' re-socialization and provide basic materials which are practical for their needs. Therefore, the method of the intervention which is to study, suggest and utilized to the field of human services which was performed for the development and evaluation of Taekwondo players' re-socialization program. The results of the development and evaluation of Taekwondo players' re-socialization program by the process of intervention study are as follows.
First, Taekwondo athletes are to analyze the factors that is associated with the re-socialization and integration of the informations that was given from the results such as positive thinking, interpersonal relationships, learning attitude, achievement-goal orientation, and other career decisions self-efficacy factors of the re-socialization.
Second, Northern (1969) developed a model that is based on 5 stages which is a step by step program, depending on the nature of the re-socialization of Taekwondo which was to configure the program.
Third, the program that was developed had 17 participants. The participants were targeted for learning attitude assessments, career decision self-efficacy results. Which appeared to be different in the entire program such as specific session satisfaction using encouragement.
