초록

본 논문은 6.25전쟁초기 가장 치열했던 다부동 지역에서 전투를 수행한 국군 제1사단의 식량지원 실태를 연구한 것이다. 이를 통해 당시 한국군의 군수보급체계와 식량보급체계의 혼란 과정에서 발생한 전투현장의 실태를 밝히는 것이다.
당시 농민이 생산한 양곡은 농림부에서 금련을 통해 수매하고, 국방부에서 청구하여 보급창에서 수령하여 사용부대에 보급하고 있었다. 이러한 양곡은 인원을 기준으로 하여 소요량을 하급부대에서 상급부대로 청구하였고, 수령은 상급부대에서 하급부대로 보급하는 방식이었다. 국군은 개전당시 충분한 양의 양곡을 보관하고 있었다.
하지만 초기 철수작전의 실패로 인해 많은 양의 양곡을 망실하여 차후작전에 지대한 영향을 주었다. 다부동 지역에서 1사단의 군수보급계획은 미흡하였고 더구나 북한군이 1사단의 보급로를 차단함으로써 군수보급에 어려움이 발생하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 식량을 청구하는 과정과 분배하는 과정에서 소요량에 비해 많이 청구하고 적게 분배하는 부정이 발생하여 식량보급체계의 붕괴를 가져왔다. 이로 인해 주먹밥 등의 대용식량으로 변화 되었지만 여전히 전투현장에 있던 병사들은 굶주림과 배고품으로 시달려야 했다. 또한 부족한 식량보급을 대체하기 위해 민간인과 학생들이 전투현장에 보급지원과 행정지원을 위해 동원되었다.
결국 다부동 전투에서 식량보급은 군수보급체계의 미흡으로 인한 식량보급의 혼란은 북한군의 교란과 양곡의 배급부정으로 나타나 전투원의 희생을 강요한 것이다. 즉 식량의 부족을 대신한 것은 전투원의 희생과 민간인의 동원이었고, 정상급식은 주먹밥이라는 변형보급으로 대체된 전쟁이었다.

영어초록

In this paper, in which to study the actual situation of the food aid of the armed forces first Division was fighting in the early of the most intense was Dabudong areas of the Korean War. By all of the munitions supply plan of 1 division in the floating region is insufficient and yet the North Korean army to cut off the supply route of the 1 Division, difficulty occurs in the logistic supply.
Nevertheless, resulted in the collapse of the food supply system illegal to distribute less to claim a lot compared to the requirements in the process of distribution and the process to claim the food is generated.
This, has been changed to substitute food, such as rice balls, soldiers who were still in the battle scene, it was have to suffer in hunger and Begopumu. In addition, in order to replace the food supply that are missing, civilians and students were mobilized for popular support and administrative support to the battle scene.
The food supply in the end in all Dabudong combat physician confuse of food supply due to insufficient military supply system is one that has been forced to sacrifice of the North Korean military interference and grain distribution negatively appear combat. In other words, the lack of food was in place is a sacrifice and civilian mobilization of combatants, normal supply was a war that was replaced by the deformation supply of rice ball.
