時間的 推移에 따른 遼東地域 靑銅器의 變化樣相 檢討 (A Review on the Phases of Change in Bronze Wares in Yodong Area in the Course of Time)

초록

Bronze wares excavated from Yodong area have been known as a very important material to understand the systematic origin of Korea's bronze ware culture and the process of formation of early States in the Korean academic world from long ago. Especially Yodong area has played a geographically very important role in delivering Jungwon and Yoseo areas' bronze ware cultures to Korean peninsula.
In Yodong Area, about 730 pieces of bronze wares were excavated from about 70 sites while in the middle part of Jirin Sheng, about 170 pieces from 17 places. In order to examine the phases of changes in the course of time of bronze wares excavated from the two areas, I divided the remains into three stages, early, middle and late, referring to classification of the types of the earthenwares excavated together with the bronze wares and the chronological records, etc: early stage is about 10 to 9 B.C.; middle 8 to 7 B.C.; and the late 5 to 3 B.C.. Later Jungwon-type iron ware culture replaced the previous bronze ware one in this area.
With such courses of time, when the phase of change in bronze wares excavated from the two areas are compared with each other, Yodong area already possessed a combination of remains such as mainly mandolin-shaped bronze swords, bronze arrowheads, and fan-shaped bronze axes from early period while the middle part of Jirin Sheng had bronze wares like mainly mandolin-shaped bronze spearheads, fan-shaped bronze axes and bronze knives. In addition, it was confirmed that the phases of change in the two areas' bronze wares coincide with each other. From this, it is understood that the bronze wares excavated from Yodong area and middle area of Jirin Sheng belonged to the same manufacturing range. But viewing from the overall cultural contents of the two areas, the bronze wares in the middle part of Jirin Sheng is mostly manufactured affecting by the mandolin-shaped bronze sword culture of Yodong area except for a part, Jungwon-type bronze wares were spread also through Yodong Area.
