    초록

    This research was aimed to consider the effect of the integrated bibliotherapy program on the promoting self-confidence among off-school adolescents. The term of off-school adolescents is the euphemistic expression which calls risk adolescents who are likely to deviate and has deviated from the social safety net. In this thesis, risk adolescents were expressed as off-school adolescents. These people are the adolescents who feel a sense of alienation in a society because of an internalized psychological wound which received at home and a school, who have lost a sense of self-confidence, which he/she can do for himself/herself, and who have lost the will to live with a sense of emptiness.
    Most of them have a low self-esteem, are nervous, don’t have good relations with friends, and are isolated from the society. And also, because of the negative self image, they judge they are worthless and have no a sense of self-efficacy. Therefore, this research was aimed to cure their mind by the integrated bibliotherapy among off-school adolescents, and to help the adolescents raise themselves as a member of the society who is confident and majestic with the discovery of the positive self image by embracing the shrunk, hurted mind. The participants of this program consisted of 3 males and 5 females, off-school adolescents within youth consultation support center of A metropolitan city. The program was conducted at the youth consultation support center of A metropolitan city, and was done covering 12 sessions by 150min a session. To consider their assessment of themselves, HTP test, KFD(Kinetic Family Drawing), Landscape Drawing, and SCT(Sentence Completion Test) were conducted as pre-and post-test and the results of them were analyzed.
    As a result, the participants who showed the low esteem on themselves in the pre-test, they showed the process of finding out the positive image of themselves in the post-test. As a result of analysing the diary, which a researcher kept per a session, recordings, the writings and attitude of participants, as the program progressed, the participants showed the developmental change in the various aspects, such as the change of their thinking on themselves, the viewpoint of those who are around them, and the point of view on the society.
    Nevertheless, there is the limit in this research, that is, its subjects are limited. If the continuous research proceeds after this program becomes a project, the new viewpoint of off-school adolescents will be given, and they will foster their dreams, returning to the common adolescents like the other friends of their age, and have the new vision to prepare themselves for the future.
