계명대 소장본 <언간독>에 나타난 지역성과 교육적 의의 연구 (A Study on Educational Significance and Regionality in Eongandog of Keimyung University Library)

초록

본 연구에서는 경북 고령 지역 자료인 계명대 소장본 <언간독>에 나타나는 지역 문화 자료로서의 가치를 살펴보고 이를 토대로 교육적 의의를 살펴보고자 한다. ‘지역성’은 특정 장소와 그 지역에 살아가는 사람들의 모습을 보여 주는 ‘지역 정체성’으로 볼 수 있으며, 지역 교육과정으로서의 교육 내용은 그 지역의 특수성과 지역을 아우르는 국가의 보편성을 함께 보여줄 수 있어야 한다.
2장에서는 국가수준의 2015개정교육과정을 분석하여 계명대 소장본 <언간독>의 교육적 의의를 국어생활사 측면에서 살펴보았다. 선조들의 국어생활이 반영된 계명대 소장본 <언간독>을 통해 지역 국어문화의 가치를 발견하고 국어문화에 대하여 바람직한 태도를 함양할 수 있을 것이다.
3장에서는 계명대 소장본 <언간독>의 지역 문화로서의 가치를 세 가지 측면에서 살펴보았는데 첫 번째로 표지 좌측에 나타난 ‘필사기’와 간행 목적, 다음으로 지역의 명산이 주로 언급되는 ‘고령가곡녀ᄌᆞ들등님곡이라’ 가사, 마지막으로 지역의 주요 성씨와 본이 소개된 ‘경상도각셩씨현조관향녹’에 주목하였다. 이를 통해 계명대 소장본 <언간독>이 지니고 있는 지역성과 그 속에 반영된 우리 민족의 보편적 가치관을 찾아 볼 수 있었으며 지역 문화교육 자료로서의 가치를 검증할 수 있었다. 언어 사용자의 실제 언어 사용 맥락이 담겨 있는 계명대 소장본 <언간독>이 국어생활사와 국어사 교육, 지역성과 보편성을 아우르는 교육 자료로 자리매김하기를 기대해 본다.

영어초록

This study aims to explore the possibilities of local curricula based on the trend of the localization policy of curriculum, and seek ways to educate regionality using the Eongandog of Keimyung University Library, which is highly valuable as historical records of North Gyeongsang Province. "Regionality" can be seen as "regional identity," which means the link between a specific place and its residents, and the contents of education as a local curriculum should be able to encompass the speciality of the region and the universality of the nation.
Chapter 2 analyzes the 2015 revised national curriculum and examines how to use Eongandog of Keimyung University Library in terms of Korean language life history. Using Eongandog of Keimyung University that reflects the Korean language life history of our ancestors, it may be possible to discover the values of the local Korean language culture and foster a desirable attitude toward the Korean language culture.
Chapter 3 explores the value of Eongandog of Keimyung University Library as a local culture in three aspects. First, the paper noted the Pil-sa-gi shown on the left side of the cover and the purpose of its publication. Next, it noted the lyrics of “Go-lyeong-ga-gog-nyeo-jo- deul-deung-nim-gog-i-la,” in which local famous mountains are primarilty mentioned. Finally, it focused on the “Gyeongsangdo-gagsyeongssi- hyeonjogwanhyang-nog,” in which main family names and family clan of the region are introduced. Through this, the paper was able to identify the distinct characteristics of regionality that Eongandog of Keimyung University Library have and the universal values of the Korean people that are reflected in it, and verify the material as a source for local culture and education.
It is expected that Eongandog of Keimyung University, which contains the actual context of language usage by language users, may take root as an educational material that spans the education of Korean language life history and Korean language history, regionality, and universality.
