무용전공대학생의 무용에 대한 유능감 지각이 전공애착도 및 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of the Perceived Self-efficacy to Dance of the University Students Majoring Dance on the Attachment to the Major and the Satisfaction with the Major)

무용전공대학생들의 무용에 대한 유능감 지각이 무용전공에 대한 애착 및 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 무용전공대학생들의 유능감을 고취시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 전국의 4년제 대학교 무용학과에 재학 중인 무용전공학생들을 연구대상으로 설정하였다. 표집은 2008년 11월 1일부터 2008년 12월 10일 사이에 이루어 졌으며, 표본추출방법은 편의표본추출법으로 최초 350부의 자료를 배포하여 331개의 자료가 수집되었다. 수집된 자료 중 불성실하게 응답했거나 자료로서 건전하지 못한 24개의 자료를 제외하고 최종분석에는 307개의 자료가 사용되어 72.75%의 유효분석율을 보였다. 자료처리를 위한 통계 분석 방법은 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용전공자의 무용유능감과 전공애착도, 전공만족도간에는 서로 긍정적인 상관관계가 인정되었다. 둘째, 무용전공자는 무용공연자신감을 비롯하여 총체적 유능감 및 무용성취유능감이 클수록 전공에 대한 애착도가 증가되었다. 셋째, 무용전공자는 무용공연자신감을 비롯하여 무용성취유능감 및 무용숙련유능감이 클수록 전공에 대한 만족도가 증가되었다. 넷째, 무용전공자가 무용에 대한 애착도가 클수록 전공에 만족하였다.

영어초록

The purposes of this study are to examine the influence of the perceived self-efficacy to dance of the university students majoring dance on the attachment to the major and the satisfaction with the major and to suggest the way of instilling self-efficacy into the university students majoring dance. For the study, the 4 year university students who were majoring dance in the dance departments has been set as the research targets. Structured questionnaire was used as the research tool. And the questionnaire consisted of 28 questions in 3 fields of the self-efficacy to dance, the attachment to the major and the satisfaction with the major. Sampling was made from 1 Nov. 2008 to 10 Dec. 2008. Data from 331 students were gathered after sampling 350 students by convenient sampling method. Among the collected data, 24 pieces of data which were insincere in responding or inappropriate as data were excluded and finally 307 pieces of data were used for the final analysis to show effective analysis rate of 72.75%. As the statistical analysis method for data processing, correlation analysis and regression analysis were adopted in utilizing SPSS/WIN 15.0K. The results were as follows. First, the positive correlations among the self-efficacy to dance, the attachment to the major and the satisfaction with the major of the students majoring dance were recognized. Second, the attachment to the major was increased as the aggregated self-efficacy and self-efficacy in dance achievement as well as self efficacy in dance are higher. Especially the self-confidence in dance performance gave the most positive influence to the attachment to the major. Third, the satisfaction with the major of the students majoring dance was increased as the self-confidence in dance performance, the self efficacy in dance skill and the self-efficacy in dance achievement are higher. Last, students majoring dance has bigger satisfaction as they have higher attachment to dance. In conclusion, the satisfaction with the major as well as the attachment to the major for the students majoring dance were increased as the self-efficacy to dance is higher. And the big attachment to the major is followed to the big satisfaction with the major. Those results are very suggestive to the management of dancer in the universities. In other words, inspiration of the goal-oriented consciousness for the stage performance to the dancers, presentation of vision for their activities and active management for establishment of self-concept are necessary in order to make them filled with self-efficacy to the major. In addition, the dancers need to do their best individually to establish the identity for the dance activities.
