초록

As the problem of long-term youth unemployment continues, the beauty industry is able to create high value-added and sustainab le jobs.
Therefore hair beauty field training needs effective content and operation for practical adaptation after graduation. The object of this study is to research the significant difference between importance and performance by each field training area and investigate what needs to be improved in the hairdressing field area as requested by the beauty industry. The response sample t-test and IPA analysis were conducted based on 39 performance questions for practical leaders who supervise field practice. According to the result, 14 ‘Keep up the good work’ items, 8 ‘Concentrate here, 11 ’Low priority’ items, 6 ‘Possible overkill’ items corresponding to the passive management area has been shown. The conclusion is that the field training regarding customer handling and shampoo should be maintained continuously and customer information based on understanding the work and the store and shampoo, a treatment for removing chemicals, appeared to be an exercise item that needs to be improved intensively.
