스포츠센터 선택속성에 따른 중요도－만족도 평가 (Importance-Performance Analysis of Attribute Assessment for Sport Center)

초록

The purpose of this study is to propose theoretical basis which can be useful for determining and establishing strategical priorities by comparing and examining importance and satisfaction of sports center users’ selection attributes using IPA (Important Performance Analysis). Members registered on sports centers in Seoul was set as a population and a survey targeting the selected respondents was carried out from August 1 to August 31. Using convenience sampling method, expectancy level was measured for the first survey from 7 sports centers, which recorded the most number of members during the first half year and then the second survey was conducted asking about satisfaction after use one month after the first survey. Out of 350 sets(50 sets for each sports center), 294 (84%) sets (excluding 56 sets) were selected as valid specimens. For the collected data, a frequency analysis was conducted to understand the characteristics of the respondents by using SPSS WIN Version 18.0 Program and pair comparison analysis for verification of awareness difference and IPA for evaluation of before and after use were conducted as well. Also, a factor analysis was carried out in order to verify the validity and reliability of the measurement tools. First, in the priority order of importance, attributes of price and facilities indicated high order but in the priority order of satisfaction, attributes of facilities and trainers were indicated high. Second, program composition, admission fee, PT fee, price discounted, shower booth and changing room, and sufficient parking spaces were included to QuadrantⅠ. Third, lighting fixtures, trainer reliability, in and outdoor cleanliness, trainer kindness, and trainer responsibility were included to Quadrant Ⅱ. Fourth, on Quadrant Ⅲ, resting places, and program training time were situated. Fifth, to Quadrant Ⅳ, trainer professionalism, various training equipments,program variability, and trainer’s fine lineament were included.
