초록

本稿で研究対象にしている雑誌『季刊三千里』の「浮島丸爆沈事件」の記事は、政治的な妥協の下で行なわれた誤った合意が、歴史においていかに深刻な犯罪になるかを示しているいい例であると思う。国交正常化の一環として行なわれている韓日の間の合意のプロセスで、日本側は一括妥結をめどに自分の国の狂気の歴史を一気に埋没、隠蔽、又は成形しようとする立場から一歩も退かない。これにに対して韓国側はいつもその日本に欺かれ続け、結果としては共犯者の役割になりがちな路を辿ったわけである。これまでの韓日関係の成り行きはそれを物語っている。事件の全貌は次の通りである。1945年8月22日に3,726人を乗せた浮島丸号の出航の建前は、朝鮮人の釜山への帰還を助けるということであったが、本音は、戦後の日本で暴動を起すかもしれない朝鮮人を海に投げ込むことであった。出航する前にこの船には、自爆装置が仕掛けてあり、はじめから朝鮮人を無事に帰国させようとする目的は当局者にはなかった。船には十分な燃料を積んでおらず、船は舞鶴沖で沈没し、524人の朝鮮人と25人の乗組員が死に至った。本事件が報道されたのは、NHKの一人のPDの手によるドキュメンタリー制作の過程を記した文書を『季刊　三千里』が載せたものである。PDの菅谷耕次は、国や民族の無関心のまま放置され死んだ朝鮮の人々の哀しい様子をいろいろな証言のもとに制作している。甚だしくは沈没のあと5年が経っても引き上げられなかったにも関わらず、その船の古鉄の価値が評価されたとたん、引き上げられたことである。故意に船を沈没させたことが明確になった以上、この事件はアウシュビッツや南京大虐殺にも匹敵する残虐極まりない犯罪であると言える。この記事は、韓日国交正常化のプロセスで見逃した浮島丸事件のようなものを探し続け、事実が風化してしまわないようにと主張している。この記事の記者はそれを直接話法ではなく、隠喩で主張している。テレビ放送は放送された後は再度その番組を探すことが困難になるが、本は誰もがいつでも記録を遡ることができる。それゆえ、本に記録を残すことは非常に重要なことである。

영어초록

The article on the “Ukishima malu accident” in “Gyegan Samcheonri” coldlytestifies the reason for the existence of a nation and how serious crimes the evildeeds are happening under the name of the political compromise in the history andhow big the wounds overlooked in the process are.
In this context, the meaning of this article is significant.
Firstly, it speaks out its thoughts about the pity of the accident being forgottenand urges the substantial approach to and making a big issue of the accident. Itexpresses the frustration of the documentary journalist who has to give up in frontof the giant power connected with the authority in the process and, at the same time,asks the role of the nation.
Secondly, a Japanese PD of a public broadcasting company calmly accuses us ofour negligence and collective oblivion.
Thirdly, it asks the existence of a nation from a fundamental perspective. In thearticle, a nation is accused of its irresponsibility for not questioning a cause or aresponsibility even if hundreds of people were brought to a battlefield only to be endedup in the ocean like trash.
Fourthly, this article excavated the buried history and printed it out to see it anytime. The historical fact cannot be deleted artificially but it is like it doesn’t existit is left out in the indifference. History, moreover, doesn’t die or extinct and thereis no expiration. It also emphasizes that the history of evil must by followed by thehistory of conviction to punish it.
Taking this article as an opportunity, I hope that the history of their crimes, thatis our history humiliation could be entirely dug up and bear fruit as a big white paperin the end. In that aspect, I wish that this article will not a termination but a newstart.
