本研究では、日本語の授業運営方式による学習領域別講義満足度を比較調査し、 授業運営方式による改善補完点は何であり、今後の対面授業と非対面授業でどのよ うに効果的に授業を運営し、学習者の講義満足度を高めるのか方法を考察した。 まず、文法学習のために最も満足度の高い授業運営方式として、非対面授業(オ ンデマンド授業)を選択した受講生が最も多かった。反復学習が可能であるため、 最も満足度が高く、選択したものと判断される。聞き取り実力向上のため、最も満 足度の高い授業運営方式としては対面授業が最も多かった。対面授業の学習活動時の集中度が実力向上に役立ち、満足度が高いことが分かった。 会話能力向上のために最も満足度の高い授業運営方式としては対面授業が最も多 かった。非対面授業（オンライン授業）の場合、対面は不可能だが、サイバー空間 での小グループ活動が可能なため対面と大差ない。 作文能力向上のため、最も満 足度の高い授業運営方式は対面授業を最も多く選択した。個人またはグループ別の 活動なので、講義室で円滑なコミュニケーションが可能なため、作文学習に満足し ていることが分かった。授業中、質問解消の満足度が高い授業運営方式は対面授 業、非対面授業(オンライン授業)と同じ割合で選択した。非対面授業（オンライン 授業）の場合も対面授業のように直接質問と回答を交わすことが可能であるためと 考えられる。

The study is to identify the points of improvement and supplementation that vary according to the class operation method by comparing and examining lecture satisfaction levels by learning categories and to examine how to effectively operate both offline and online classes to increase learners' lecture satisfaction. The survey results are as follows.
First of all, most of the students selected an online class (video) as the most satisfactory class operation method for grammar learning. It is regarded that students chose it most satisfactory as they can repeatedly take the class. Students chose offline class to be the most satisfactory class operation method for improving their listening skills. It was found that the level of concentration was helpful in improving the skills when done offline which led to a higher satisfaction level.
Offline classes were the most satisfactory class operation method for improving conversational skills. Although it is not possible to have an actual face-to-face class in the case of online classes (real-time video call), there is no big difference from face-to-face classes as small group activities can be done online. Students find an offline class the most satisfactory class operation method for improving their writing ability. As it is done individually or in a group, it was found that students were satisfied to have offline writing class method as they can communicate smoothly in the classroom. The students chose both offline and online classes (real-time video call) as the class operation method with a higher satisfaction level for clearing questions during the class in the same ratio. This is because it is possible to directly exchange questions and answers during online classes and in offline classes.
