초록

지아장커 미학은 초현실주의 데페이즈망이며 다른 축은 문화횡단(transculturation)의 영화적 재현이다. 중국의 변화는 전통 문화와 서구 외래 문화의 데페이즈망이다. 전통 문화와 외래문화의 데페이즈망은 동시대 중국 현실을 영화적으로 담아내는 방편이다. 다른 한편으로 지아장커 텍스트에 함유된 전통문화와 작가적 스타일의 반복으로 영화적 의미를 생성하는 영화적 미장아빔은 지아장커 미학의 핵심에 속한다.
초현실주의적 기법으로서 데페이즈망과 중국문화와 작가 스타일의 영화적 미장 아빔을 통해 중국의 존재라는 진실이 견인된다. 데페이즈망 기법은 지아장커의 실험영화소조의 활동과 관련성을 지닌다. 그 기법은 전통 문화와 외래 문화의 이질성을 미학적으로 해부한다. 데페이즈망 기법을 통해 중국의 변화와 불변하는 것, 중국의 전통 문화와 서양의 외래 문화의 탈각과 의미 부여라는 프레임에 정착된다. 지아장커의 리얼리즘은 데페이즈망을 경유하여 당대 중국 현실의 영화적 재현을 성취한다. 이는 바쟁이 주장한 정신의 잔재를 인화하는 정신적 리얼리즘에 부합한다. 중국의 변화상은 미학적 장치를 통해 진실성의 장으로 편입된다. 이는 카메라를 통해 중국의 현실과 중국인을 담아내고 싶다는 감독의 열망에 부합한 미학적 장치임을 입증한다.
중국의 문화와 작가적 스타일의 영화적 미장아빔은 지아장커 작가적 인장이다. 이는 세 가지로 구분된다. 첫 번째는 중국 문화와 다른 영화텍스트의 영화적 인용이며 두 번째는 움직이는 카메라와 선한 인간에 존엄 의지 그리고 마지막은 인물과 음악과 행위의 반복성을 통한 영화적 리듬의 형성이다. 이와 같은 작가적 인장은 지아장커 감독이 6세대가 처한 무중 풍경에서 스스로의 독창적 작가라는 거목으로 성장하게 한다.

Jia Zhangke’s aesthetics is a surrealistic ‘dépaysement’ and the other axis is a cinematic representation of trans-culturation. The change in China is the dépaysement of traditional culture and western foreign culture. ‘The dépaysement’ of traditional culture and foreign culture is a cinematic way to capture the reality of China. On the other hand, the cinematic mise-en-abyme which creates cinematic meaning through the repetition of traditional culture and authorial style contained in Jia Zhangke’s texts, is the core of his aesthetics.
As a surrealistic technique, the truth of China’s presence is traced through the dépaysement and Chinese culture and the cinematic mise-en-abyme of authorial style. The demagnetization technique is related to the activity of Jia Zhangke's experimental film group. It analyzes aethetically the heterogeneity between traditional culture and foreign culture. Through it, it is settled in the frame of change and immutability in China, the decolonization and semanticization of Chinese traditional culture and Western foreign culture. Jia Zhangke’s realism achieves the cinematic representation of the contemporary Chinese reality through the dépaysement. This corresponds with spiritual realism that burns the remnants of the spirit claimed by André Bazin. The changes in China are incorporated into the field of veracity through aesthetic devices. This proves that it is an aesthetic device that coincides with the director's desire to capture Chinese reality and Chinese people through the camera.
Chinese culture and the cinematic mise-en-abyme of authorial style is Jia Zhangke’s authorial seal. It is divided into three. The first is the cinematic citation of Chinese culture and other film texts, the second is the dignity of moving cameras and good humans, and the last is the formation of cinematic rhythms through the repetition of characters, music and actions. Such an authorial seal makes Jia Zhangke grow up to be a giant as an original author himself in the weightless landscape of the 6th generation.
