淸代 茶文化의 예술성에 관한 연구 (A study on Artistry of Tea Culture in Qing Dynasty)

초록

본 논문은 청대의 황실과 문인들의 차(茶) 문화에 나타난 창작물의 탄생 배경과 예술적 특징에 관한 연구이다. 중국 茶 문화 역사에서 청대는 전대의 茶 문화를 모두 수용하여 계승 발전한 정점의 시기임과 동시에 서양과의 교류로 인한 변혁의 시기이기도 하다. 이 시기 음다(飮茶) 문화가 민간에 널리 퍼져 세속화되었으나, 이는 넓은 의미의 茶 문화 전파로 본다. 청대는 茶 생산량의 증가와 茶 산업의 발전으로 많은 종류의 명차(名茶)가 탄생되었고, 황실 귀족들의 공차(贡茶) 의존도가 매우 높았다. 특히 만족이 세운 청 황실의 내차(奶茶)의 보편화는 청 황실만이 갖는 풍습이었다. 이러한 황실의 음다사(飮茶事)와 함께 황실 다연(茶宴)의 특성에 맞게 제작된 다기(茶器) 개완(盖碗)의 탄생 배경과 그 의미에 대하여 살펴보았다. 또한 다기(茶器)를 보관하는 다영(茶籝)의 실용성과 장식의 예술성에 대하여도 살펴보았다. 다음으로 문인 다화(茶畵)와 다구(茶具)를 부각 시킨 청공다화(清供茶畵), 문인 대표 茶具인 자사호 등에 나타난 청대만의 다양한 형태의 예술성에 관한 飮茶事 예술작품을 茶畵와 사진으로 찾아보고 분석하여 그 의미를 이해하였다. 청대에는 전대 茶 문화의 계급성이 타파되었고 번거로운 飮茶 기구로부터 점차 간소화되어 자사호(紫沙壺), 개완 등을 이용한 민간의 茶 우림 방법이 등장하였다. 이에 본고는 청대의 茶 문화 예술이 현제까지 이르게 된다는 사실에 주목하였다. 청대에 나타난 다양한 명차(名茶)는 제다(製茶) 기술의 발전을 거듭하며 품질을 향상시켰고, 飮茶 방법은 간소화되어 현제에 이르렀다. 또한 청대 飮茶事에 쓰이는 茶具의 예술 작품들은 현제에도 모방되어 쓰이고 있다. 이러한 사실에 비추어 볼 때 청대 茶 문화에 나타난 예술성은 연구 가치가 매우 높다고 볼 수 있다.

영어초록

This thesis is a study on the background and artistic characteristics of the creation in the tea culture of the imperial family and writers of the Qing Dynasty. In the history of Chinese tea culture , Qing Dynasty is not only the peak period of succession and development by accepting all the traditional cultures of previous generation, but also a period of transformation due to exchanges with the West. During this period, the Drinking tea culture was spread widely to the private sector and became secularized, but this is considered as the spread of tea culture in a broad sense. In Qing Dynasty, many types of famous tea were created due to the increase in the production of tea and the development of the industry, and imperial aristocrats were highly dependent on ‘Goncha’. In particular, the universalization of the milk blending tea of the Qing Dynasty's imperial family established by Manchu people was a custom that only the Qing Dynasty's imperial family had. In addition to the drinking tea of the imperial family, we studied the background and meaning of the birth of tea bowl ‘Gaewan’, which was made to suit the characteristics of the imperial tea party.
Furthermore, we looked at the practicality and artistry of decoration of ‘Dayoung’, which stores tea set. Next, we found and analyzed tea paintings and photographs of various forms of artistry of Qing Dynasty portrayed in ‘Cheonggongdahwa’ that gives prominence to the writers’ tea paintings and ‘Jasaho’, the symbol of writers tea pot, to understand the meaning.
In Qing Dynasty, the class of the tea culture of previous generation was broken down and the cumbersome tea drinking equipments were gradually simplified and the p ivate method of brewing tea using ‘Jasaho’ and ‘Gaewan’ was appeared.




Therefore, this paper noted the fact that the Qing Dynasty's tea culture and arts reached the present day. Various famous tea that appeared in the Qing Dynasty improved quality through the development of ‘Jeddah’ technology, and the method of drinking tea was simplified to the present day. In addition, the works of art of tea set used in tea drinking in Qing Dynasty are imitated and used in the present day. In light of these facts, it can be seen that the artistry that appeared in the Qing Dynasty culture has a very high research value.
