초록

This paper attempts to analyze into an operating system & function & operation type of the Gaeryeong-BunsaDaejangdogam that the Gaeryeong-Gun(開寧郡) have been operated about a mid of the 13th century. the Gaeryeong-BunsaDaejangdogam have been composed in the same form as the Sa(使)-BuSa(副使), and Saeg(色)-engravers etc.. the Sa has taken on the Gyeongsangdo-AhnChaSa(慶尙道按察使), the BuSa has taken on the Sangju-MogSa(尙州牧使), the Saeg has taken on the Gaeryeong-HoJang(開寧 戶長) & Buddhist-monk.
The Gaeryeong-BunsaDaejangdogam served as sculpturing-woodblocks, the engravers interchanged with the Daejangdogam(大藏都監) & an other Bunsadogam(分司 都監). especially, the human-resource-system of the Gaeryeong-BunsaDaejangdogam have been also operated the cooperation of a Buddhist-monk and a officialdom(敎俗) as the human-resource-system of Daejangdogam & other Bunsadogam.
