남자 단거리 롤러 스피드 스케이팅 선수들의 경기기록과 체력 변인 간의 상관분석 (Analysis of Correlation Between Competition Record and Physical Fitness Variables of Male Sprint Roller Speed Skating Players)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 우수 단거리 롤러 스피드 스케이팅 선수들을 대상으로 여러 가지 체력 변인들과 경기기록간의 상관분석을 통해어떠한 체력 변인이 단거리 롤러 스피드 스케이팅 경기기록에 영향을 주는가를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 T300m에서 각종 전국대회 3위 이내 입상 경험이 있는 선수를 대상으로 체력 검사, 요부관절과 무릎관절, 발목관절의 등속성근기능 검사, 윙게이트 검사를실시하였다. 모든 자료는 SPSS 12.0 통계프로그램 이용하여 Pearson 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 유의수준 α=.05로 설정하였다. 결과는다음과 같다. 단거리 롤러 스피드 스케이팅 선수들의 경기기록은 순발력과 민첩성에서 상관을 보였으며, 등속성근기능에서는 요부관절의 굴근력과 체중당 굴근력, 신근력에서 상관성을 보였다. 또한 무릎관절의 좌, 우측 굴근력에서 경기기록과 상관이 있었으며, 발목관절의 우측 배측근력과 체중당 배측근력에서 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 무산소성 파워에서는 peak power, peak power/kg, mean power, fatigue index에서 경기기록과 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
이상의 결과를 엘리트 선수들의 경기기록 향상과 관련하여 트레이닝방법에 기초자료로 활용하고, 훈련 프로그램에 적용한다면 단거리 롤러 스피드 스케이팅 종목의 경기력 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze potential correlations between various physical fitness variables and sport performance of excellent roller speed skating sprinters, so that it can identify which of physical strength variables may have influence sport performance of roller speed skating sprinters. In order to achieve the purposes, roller skating sprinters who ever won 3rd place or higher rank in various nationwide roller skating championships - sprinter (T300m) were selected as subjects and were asked to take physical fitness test, isokinetic muscular function test (on waist joint, knee joint and ankle joint) and Wingate test.
All data were statistically processed with SPSS 12.0 and were analyzed in form of Pearson correlation analysis (significance level α=.05). As a result, this study came to the following findings: It was found that sport performance of roller speed skating sprinters was correlated with power and agility. And isokinetic muscular strength function test demonstrated that sport performance was correlated with flexor strength of waist joint, flexor strength per body weight, and extensor strength. Moreover, it was found that the right and left flexor strength of knee joint was correlated with sport performance, and right dorsiflexor muscular strength of ankle joint and its dorsiflexor muscular strength per body weight were correlated with sport performance. Anaerobic power test demonstrated that peak power, peak power/kg, mean power and fatigue index were correlated with sport performance. Summing up, if these findings are employed as reference materials for training methodology in regard to improving sport performance of elite players and are applied to training programs, it is expected that they will contribute to improving the sport performance of roller speed skating sprinters.
