청소년의 통합여가행위중독 다차원 개입전략 정책연구 (A Policy Research of Multidimensional Intervention Strategies for Adolescents with Integrated Leisure Behavioral Addiction)

초록

본 연구는 여가활동의 순기능을 촉진하여 여가행위중독을 예방하고, 역기능을 억제하여 여가행위중독을 치료할 수 있는 청소년 통합여가행위중독 다차원 개입전략 정책 요인에 대해서 AHP를 통해 가중치를 도출해 보고 향후 어떠한 정책을 우선적으로 시행해야 하는지에 대한 제언하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 김민규와 박수정(2015)이 개발한 청소년 통합여가행위중독 다차원 개입전략 모형의 정책요인들을 활용한 우선순위 산정을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 계층 1은 서비스 전달체계 정책이, 둘째, 계층 2의 집단별 개입전략과 서비스 전달체계 전체의 상대적 중요도는 인식개선을 위한 정책이, 셋째, 계층 2의 집단별 개입전략 하위계층의 상대적 중요도는 여가지속프로그램 교육 개입을 위한 정책이, 넷째, 계층 2의 서비스 전달체계 하위계층의 상대적 중요도는 정책개발을 위한 정책이, 다섯째, 서비스 전달체계 개입전략별 우선순위 산정을 위한 계층 3의 정책개발 개입전략의 상대적 중요도는 공교육 활용방안 개발을 위한 정책이, 여섯째, 서비스 전달체계 개입전략별 우선순위 산정을 위한 계층 3의 연구개발 개입전략의 상대적 중요도는 기관 간 관리체계 구축을 위한 정책이, 일곱째, 서비스 전달체계 개입전략별 우선순위 산정을 위한 계층 3의 전문인력 양성 개입전략의 상대적 중요도는 대학학과 설립을 위한 정책이, 여덟째, 서비스 전달체계 개입전략별 우선순위 산정을 위한 계층 3의 인식개선 개입전략의 상대적 중요도는 celebrity 활용한 캠페인을 위한 정책이 최우선 고려되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 정책개발 및 정책사업 개발, 학문 영역의 확장에 기초자료로써 도움이 될 것이다.

영어초록

This study aims to draw weighted value of political factors through AHP on multidimensional intervention strategies on integrated leisure behavioral addiction of adolescents which can cure leisure behavioral addiction by promoting proper functions of leisure behavior, preventing leisure behavioral addiction, and restraining adverse effect and then, it aims to suggest which policy has to be preferentially implemented in the future. To this end, it conducted calculation of priority order utilizing multidimensional intervention strategies model on integrated leisure behavioral addiction of adolescents developed by Kim, Min-kyu and Park, Soo-jung(2015). Analysis result shows that policy has to be considered as follows. First, service communication system as for class 1; second, a policy to improve perception as for group intervention strategy and relative importance of service communication system of Class 2; third, relative importance in lower class of group intervention strategy and relative importance of service communication system of Class 2; four, a policy for development of a policy as for relative importance of service communication system in Class 2; fifth, a policy to develop use plan of public education as for establishment of priority over intervention policy in Class 3; sixth, a policy to set up administrative system between institutions as for relative importance of R&D in Class 3 as for establishment of priority over intervention strategy on service communication system; seventh, a policy to establish college department as for relative importance of intervention strategy to raise specialized manpower in Class 3 to calculate priority over intervention strategy on service communication system; and, eighth, a policy for campaign using celebrity as for relative importance of intervention strategy of perception improvement in Class 3 to calculate priority over intervention strategy on service communication system. Result of this study will be a help as basic data for policy development, political project development, and expansion of academic field.
