구약의 창조신화 속에 ‘감시하는’(Panopitc) 하나님과 종교권력 (The Panoptic God and the Religious Power in the Creation Myth of the Old Testament)

초록

Did religious powers created the gods? If so, who is God of the Old Testament, and what is the nature of the core in the Old Testament? This study is exploring to find the ruling ideology of ‘the religious power’ in the the heart of the Old Testament. For this, I apply the research methods of Michel Foucault's the theory of power mechanism who was a Frances' leading contemporary philosopher, and the mythical interpretation. I find the nature of power of ‘knowledge’ and ‘watch’(panopticism), ‘discipline’ and ‘punish.’ He is saying the nature of power, mechanism to work, how it works, delivery or catering, what its effects, etc. This is the reason why I brought the methodology of Foucault's ideas to the method of hermeneutic of O.T. In addition, the background of the O. T. was influenced by the theocracy of ancient Mediterranean empires of Mesopotamia and Egypt Empire, Palestine directly or indirectly. This paper is the point that the O.T. is the result of theocratical background Christianity based on the history of the O.T. has dominant the ideology from the early Christianity, the Middle Ages and the modern and contemporary to the time.
Colonial periods were gone, but its sequelae is too big. The European colonized Asia, Africa and South America. We have to stripped off the thicker theological consciousness of the European domination, since the European church powers has dominated for more than one thousand five hundred years. Korea Churches has grown on the basis of capitalism, and got a political power, money along with symptoms of corruption. They make use of the dominant God as like as ancient kings and priests. This is the summerize of this study.
