초록

연구배경 본 연구에서는 인구 고령화로 인한 근본적 문제를 해결하고 지속적으로 활성화시켜 나아갈 수 있는 해결책 중 하나로 기업의 공유가치창출(CSV:creating shared value) 활동에 주목 하였으며, 현재 새롭게 부상하고 있는 뉴 시니어 세대를 대상으로 이를 보다 효과적인 방법을 통해 해결할 수 있는 미디어 활용방안을 제안하고자 하였다.
연구방법 먼저 선행 연구를 통해 공유가치창출과 브랜드 태도, 뉴 시니어와 미디어의 활용, 미디어와 공유가치창출의 적합성을 살펴봄으로써 이론적 토대를 마련하였고, 기존 사례를 활용하여 본 연구의 실험물을 차용 및 제작하였다. 실험물은 인쇄 매체, 웹 사이트, 모바일 어플리케이션 세 가지로 구성되었으며 설문과 함께 차례로 제시하여 측정하였다.
연구결과 실험을 측정한 결과 인쇄 매체 < 웹 사이트 < 모바일 어플리케이션의 순으로 CSV 활동이 뉴 시니어들의 브랜드 태도 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 가장 많은 영향력을 가진 것으로 나타나 모바일 어플리케이션의 경우, 인지적, 감정적 태도 형성에 있어 긍정적인 것은 물론, 행위적 태도에 있어 가장 높은 영향력을 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다.
결론 본 연구는 뉴 시니어들을 대상으로 한 기업의 CSV활동이 고령화에 대한 사회문제 해결에 기여하고, 뉴 시니어층의 기업에 대한 인식 재고 및 충성도 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기 위해서는 전통적인 매체의 활용을 넘어 보다 개인화되고, 진화된 형태의 미디어(i.e. 모바일 어플리케이션)를 통한 사용자 경험 향상의 중요성을 보여주고 있다. 즉, 이는 타겟에 맞는 효과적 미디어 활용방법을 통한 기업의 CSV 활동의 중요성을 나타낸다.

영어초록

Background In this study, we focused on CSV activity as one of the solutions that can resolve the fundamental problem arisen from population aging, and which can be activated consistently. We also suggest a media application plan that can resolve the problem through a more effective method aimed at the New Senior Generation that is newly emerging these days.
Methods We lay the groundwork by examining the creation of shared value and brand attitude, the New Senior and media application, and the suitability of media and creating shared value through preceding research, and we borrow and produce the experimental subject of this study by referring to existing cases. The experimental subject consists of print media, web sites and mobile applications and was estimated in order with a survey.
Results The results of this study show that CSV activity has a positive effect in the order of print media, web sites and mobile applications on brand attitude formation of New Senior. Especially mobile applications, which have the most effective power, have the highest level of influence on behavioral attitude as well as has a positive effect on the cognitive and affective attitudes.
Conclusions This study shows that improvement of user experience through a more personalized and progressed form of media(i.e., mobile application) that exceeds the utilization of traditional media, is important for the CSV activity of the business aimed at New Senior to contribute to social problem resolution, and to have a positive effect on the reconsideration of the awareness and formation of loyalty about the business. That is, it shows the importance of the CSV activity of the business through effective media application that is suitable for the target.
