뉴 실버세대를 위한 도자공예 교육 프로그램에 관한 연구 (A Study on Ceramic Craft Training Program for New Silver Generation)

초록

고령화 사회로의 진입과 함께 다른 연령대에 비해단조로운 생활양식을 영위하고 있다고 생각되었던 뉴실버 세대가 증가하고 있다. 이들이 다양한 라이프 스타일과 수준 높은 삶을 추구함에 따라 뉴 실버 세대를 위한 라이프 스타일에 관한 연구가 요구된다 시점적으로 향후 뉴 실버세대의 증가와 함께 보다 구체적인 뉴 실버세대를 위한 프로그램이 개발 될 것으로사료됨에 따라, 현재 도자공예교육 프로그램을 교육받고 있는 뉴 실버 세대가 원하는 도자공예교육 프로그램이 가야할 발전적 방향을 위한 고찰함을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 55세에서 65세 연령층중 현재 도자공예교육 프로그램을 교육받고 있는 뉴실버세대 100명을 대상으로, 도자공예 교육 프로그램에 대한 설문을 실시하여 그 결과를 양적 데이터로정리하였다. 본논문의 결론을 도출하기 위해 뉴 실버세대를 정의하고 도자 공예교육 프로그램의 기능과뉴 실버 세대의 사회적 기능에 대한 비젼을 조명하기위해 뉴 실버 세대 대상의 도자공예 교육 프로그램에관한 설문을 실시하였으며 설문 23문항을 통해 설문결과를 분석하였다따라서 본논문의 결론은 향후 고령 한국사회에서뉴 실버세대는 이전 세대의 실버 세대들과는 질적으로 다른 생활양식을 지닐 것이다. 이런 측면에서 뉴실버세대 대상 도자공예 교육 프로그램이 논의되고발전적 지향점을 찾아야 하는 이유는 ‘도자공예교육프로그램이 뉴 실버 세대의 삶에서 구체화되기 위한 생산적인 측면의 고려가 필요하다’ 는 점이다. 도자공예 작업의 기능은 뉴실버 세대에게 집중력을 키워주고 성취감을 이루어줄 수 있는 작업이다. 보다 나은환경과 시스템을 조성하여 뉴 실버세대가 만족할 수있는 환경조성뿐 아니라 정신건강과 동적인 작업을통해 지역사회 문화에 기여할 수 있는 교육 프로그램의 발전을 위해 국가와 지역사회 교육기관이 연구와논의를 통하여 긍정적 측면으로 정착할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발해야 할 시점이다. 본눈문의 분석내용이작은 일조가 되기를 희망한다.

New Silver generation was thought to lead a monotonous life style than other age groups with the launch of an aging society is increasing. As they study a variety of lifestyle and level of lifestyle for the New Silver generation as the pursuit of ever higher life time it is required to develop a program to be considered for more specific with the next generation of New Silver New Silver generation of growth Accordingly, should the current ceramic crafts training programs of this new generation wants a silver ceramic crafts education programs that trained for the purposes of research and consideration should go for a progressive direction. The method of the present study was 55 years old at the age of 65 years education programs for the current ceramic crafts New Silver Generation 100 people undergoing training, conducted a survey on ceramic crafts programs were summarized the results as quantitative data. The ability of the ceramic craft job is a job that can give place to give a sense of accomplishment brought a new focus to the silver generation. Better environment and system composition and silver as New generations can be satisfied with the environment as well as national and community mental health research and education institutions to discuss the development of educational programs that can contribute to the community through a dynamic work culture It is time to develop a program that can be settled through a positive side.
