농어촌 경관이미지 형성을 위한 색채가이드라인의 현장적용에 관한 연구 (A Study into On-site Applications of Color Guideline for Formation of the Landscape Image of Rural)

초록

아름다운 금수강촌실현과 농어촌 주거환경 이미지 형성을 위해, 09‘ 년도에 작성된 ‘농어촌 경관이미지 형성을 위한 환경색채 적용 모델 제작Ⅰ’상의 농어촌 마을의 유형분석 및 환경색채 적용 가이드라인에 따라, 실제 마을에 적용시켜보는 과정을 통해 실질적인 현장적용프로세스를 검토해보고자 하였다. 시범마을 선정을 위해 농어촌 지역에 대한 개발사업 전반을 분석한 결과, 기 조성된 지역을 대상으로 개량정비사업으로 이뤄지고 있는 마을과 신규조성사업의 일환으로 계획되어지고 있는 마을로 구분하여 계획하였다. 선정된 기존마을은 농어촌마을종합개발사업의 일환으로 사업이 진행 중인 ‘청양군 칠갑산권역의 천장리’와, 신규조성계획마을은 농어촌뉴타운조성사업의 대상지인 ‘충북 단양군 단성면 중방리’로 기 형성되어진 마을의 환경색채 재정비 방안 및 새로 계획되어지는 마을의 환경색채계획 방안으로 구분하여 계획안을 작성하였다.
각각 해당마을의 경관권역분석 및 환경색채조사를 실시하였고, 기 작성된 가이드라인 상의 색채를 적용하였다. 다음은 적용된 건축물 및 시설물의 유형을 파악하여 유형별 계획안을 작성하고, 시뮬레이션 평가를 통해 최종 적용색채를 선정, 실제 적용 및 보완작업을 통해 현장적용 모델을 검토하였다. ‘농어촌 경관이미지 형성을 위한 환경색채 적용 모델 제작Ⅰ’상의 유형별 색채가이드라인의 건축물 용도별, 시설물 종류별 색채를 실제 마을에 적용하여, 문제점을 보완함으로써 실질적인 현장적용모델로 재정립할 수 있도록 작성하였다.

영어초록

The aim of this study is to examine the practical on-site application process through the trial application to actual villages according to the type analysis of rural villages and the guideline of environmental color applications specified in 'Model Production 1 for the environmental color application for formation of the landscape image of rural villages' drawn up in 2009.
On the basis of the analysis results of the general development projects of rural villages with the aim of selecting a model village, this study proceeded with its plan by dividing the target villages into the one which is under improvement & regeneration project targeting the already developed area, and the other village which is planned as a part of new development projects. The selected existing village as part of 'Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project' located at Cheonjang-ri of the Chilgapsan area of Cheongyang-gun drew up a plan for the environmental color regeneration of the already developed village. and the other newly planned village as part of 'New town in Rural Village construction program' located at Jungbang-ri, Danseong-myon, Danyang-gun, Chungbuk drew up a plan for the environmental color scheme of the newly planned village for development.
This study conducted the landscape area analysis and environmental color survey of the proper villages, and applied the color specified in the already drawn-up color guideline. Next, this study drew up the plans by type by understanding the type of buildings and facilities applied by color guideline, selected the final applicable color through simulation evaluation, and finally examined the on-site model through actual color application and supplementary work.
Then, this study drew up the plan so that the already produced model can be re-established as an actual on-site application model by making up for problems through the application of the color according to the use of buildings and sorts of facilities specified in type-based color guideline of the 'Model Production 1 for the environmental color application for formation of the landscape image of rural villages.'
