농촌 농특산품 포장디자인 현황 및 유형 분류체계 분석 (Analysis of Classification System of Type and Status of Package Design for Agricultural Specialties)

초록

농특산품 판매 활성화에 따라 농특산품 포장디자인의 관심이 집중되어 포장단위, 포장디자인, 포장용도 등 다양한 관점에서 방안을 모색하여 전문연구도 다각화되어 진행되고 있다. 선행연구들을 살펴본 결과 활성화방안, 소비자욕구, 사례 연구등 주관적 관점의 연구에 치우침을 파악하였으며 농특산품 포장디자인의 관심도, 중요도, 요구도가 높은 반면 실제적 디자인관점의 체계적 연구가 미흡함을 파악하였다. 이에 본 연구는 실제 농촌관광마을에서 판매되고 있는 농특산품 포장디자인의 현황를 직접 파악하고 샘플을 추출하여 객관적 디자인 체계화 연구를 위해 유형분류체계분석을 실시하였다. 농촌관광마을 55개소를 선정하여 농특산품 포장디자인 현황을 분석하고 12개 카테고리 항목의 59개의 속성과 농특산품 포장디자인 샘플 300개를 추출하여 수량화Ⅲ류 분석을 통해 유형분류체계를 분석하였다. 현황결과 품목은 가공류, 잡곡류가 많았고 BI디자인은 네이밍, URL정도만 구성되어있으며 사각형태의 외포장 방식이 많았다. 재질은 종이, 플라스틱비닐이 많았고 컬러는 노랑계열이 가장 많았다. 용도는 일반판매용이 가장 많았고 지식재산부분에서는 거의 등록하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 유형분류체계는 5개 유형으로 분류되었으며 A 군집이 발효류, 원기둥형(항아리형)기성품 포장디자인 활용 유형 특성으로 분석되었으며 이처럼 나머지 4개 군집이 품목, 형태, 디자인 활용방법의 기준에 의해 분류되어 짐을 도출하였다. 이는 농특산품 포장디자인 연구의 디자인 체계화 연구의 객관적인 자료로 주효할 것으로 사료되며 향 후 본 유형별 포장디자인 표준화 개선안 연구를 진행하고자 한다.

영어초록

With the sales of agricultural specialties revitalized, the packing designs for them have been paid much attention to. Ideas from various viewpoints such as packing unit, packing design and packing purpose, therefore, have been sought for along with the diversification of professional researches. The examination of previous studies has revealed that they were weighted towards researches of such subjective viewpoints as vitalization method, consumers’ desire and case study. It was also found that any systematic studies for practical perspective on designing were not enough even though the interest and significance of and the demand for the packing design of agricultural specialties were considerably high. Thus, this study has investigated the status of packing designs for the agricultural specialties actually sold in rural tourism communities. And then the samples were extracted to carry out the analysis of type-classification system for the study of objective design-systemization. With 55 rural tourism communities selected, the status of packing design for agricultural specialties was estimated, and 59 properties of 12 categorized items and 300 samples of their packing designs were selected for the analysis of their type-classification system through the analysis of quantification theory of type III. The analysis of status showed that the items were made up almost of processed goods and miscellaneous grains while BI Design had only naming and URL along with many outer-packing with rectangular shape. Most materials for packing were paper and vinyl and have only one color of yellow. Its main purpose was for general sale, and almost all of them were not registered as intellectual properties. Their designs could be classified into 5 types, and the group A of packing design was analyzed as the characteristics of fermented goods and ready-made goods of cylindrical type (type of pot). In this way, the other 4 groups were classified based on the items, the shape of design and the way of design utilization. These findings are thought to be valuable as objective materials in the studies on design systemization of packing for agricultural specialties. In addition, there will be another study on improvement plan for standardization of packing design by type in the future.
