고은문학관 라키비움(Larchiveum) 구성 방안 연구 (A Study on How to Make Poet Ko Un’s Literary House into a Larchiveum)

초록

This Study is the discussion on the Ko Un Literary House's composition of space. I suggest the 'Complex cultural information space' which is a emerging type of larchiveum. Lachiveum, performing the function of library, archives, and museum, is getting popular since Megan Winget initially offered it as an alternative of classification, exhibition, and space development in 2008. This discussion affect the convenience of information use, and Space development which enables the Ko Un art to be a tool of writing and education. This will also contribute to the formation of the place that is a library, literature museum, the space for cultural communication and relaxation at the same time. This methodology could be a new solution of the literary space's reappearance.
As the complex cultural information space, larchiveum is yet so popular in Korea as it almost haven't been performed perfectly, but it is not that different from our traditional way of making a literary house.
I suggest 1) Ko Un literature library 2) gallery of report and planning 3) literature museum 4) auditorium and field as a place that holds global literature festival, to show his uniqueness and the historical-social meaning of Ko-Un's work, thoroughly. When it comes to the space partition, each section signifies his main work per period, and provides the contents and collection that relates to such part, also it highlights its meaning by exhibiting the contents in each section they belong. In addition, each exhibiting room basically allows every permanent and special display, but in the very first, it provides space only for library and permanent display with very small special exhibit. Literary museum is only for special contents, and 'Man In Bo Special Exhibition' will be held in the opening season. After it, report gallery and the part of literary museum will be specialized so it can be used to show many of projects so it can stable Ko Un's image.
Planning a literary house should be the new challenge as his works are, and it has to be combined like how spirit is. 'The way to form a Larchiveum of Ko-Un Literary House' is not only the formation of the complex place for convenience. It is also a though work which has to materialize his huge literary achievement and value as a literature heritage. To make a steady progress, first , the experts from each section has to gather and work together with harmony and make a ideal combination of planning and designing. The research is assuming that this could contribute to the production of literary knowledge, and revitalization of literary arts as it contains preserving method of Ko-Un literature, study and writing, and the possibility of globalization.
