초록

The purpose of this study was a comparative study reemployment of sports and general career interrupted women. The results of this study were as following:First, The period of career breaking period in sport was shorter than the period of the general.
Second, the main reasons of career interrupted were marriage, pregnancy, childbirth, and child rearing in both sports and general. However, the career interrupted in sports as a reason of marriage, pregnancy, childbirth, and child rearing was more than in general.
Third, the needs of reemployment in sports were more than those in general.
Fourth, the both in sports and general were hoping to reemployment for self-development and self-realization.
Fifth, the career interrupted women in sports wanted sports job because it was most areas with outplacement and career.
Sixth, the reason of looking for non-sprots area job was such as non-sports job area treatment would be better than sports area job treatment.
Seventh, sports career interrupted women wanted to get a job as a sports officials. General career interrupted women wanted to ge a job on language instructor.
Eightth, sports and general career interrupted women wanted to get a full-time reemployment form.
Ninth, the seeking reemployment worked more actively in sports career interrupted women than in general career interrupted women.
Tenth, the reasons of non-seeking reemployment both sports and general career interrupted women were housework, childcare, and family care as a same reason of career breaking.
Eleventh, spoets career interrupted women got the information via the internet including the work site, cafe, club members for reemployment. The general interrupted women got the information from the family, relatives for reemployment.
Twelfth, the recent vocational experience in sports career interrupted women were many than general career interrupted women.
Thirteenth, sports career interrupted women could not receive vocational training because of lack information such as professional job training placement, time, etc. On the other hand, general career interrupted women could not receive vocational traing because of time.
Fourteenth, both sports and general career interrupted women considered the importance of fidelity of the training and expertise of the instructor.
Fifteenth, sports career interrupted women thought that female gender culture should be changed to develop job culture. General career interrupted women thought that age discrimination should be changed to develop job culture.
Sixteenth, both sports and general career interrupted women needed to support the govement for reemployment.
A comparative study of sports and general career interrupted women was difficult cases of foreign. So, it was meaningful as a basic research.
