최적 운송물량 분할방식의 수송경로에 따른 운송비용 최적해법 (Optimal Solution for Transportation Cost Based on the Optimal Quantity Division Method and Transportation Routes)

초록

화물운송의 특성은 출발지에서 도착지로의 제품종류에 따라 서로 다르며 도착요구의 가변성, 시간제약, 시장 확보 및 경쟁의 정도, 생산량의 변동, 제품의 가격 및 운송비용 등이 업체의 운송정책에 영향을 주는 주요한 요소들이다. 기본적으로 수송문제는 최소비용문제(minimum cost flow problem)로 다수의 공급지와 다수의 수요지가 존재하고 물량의 공급량, 물량의 요구량, 배송 단위당 비용이 모두 다른 복잡한 경우에 적용된다. 개의 공급지와 개의 수요지가 있고, 다른 공급량 를 수요지에서 서로 다른 갖고 있다. 그리고 서로 다른 단위 당 배송비용 가 존재한다. 그러므로 원재료를 제조공장으로 수송하여 제품으로 만든 후 완성된 제품을 고객까지 배송하는 과정에서 운송비가 발생되기 때문에 운송 모형화를 통해 비용을 감축시킬 수 있는 분배 및 할당 계획을 수립하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 원재료를 제조공장으로 수송하여 제품으로 만든 후 완성된 제품을 고객까지 배송하는 과정에서 운송물량을 분할하여 수송경로에 따른 최적해를 도출해 내기 위해 실험을 진행하였다. 먼저 Cluster1은 실험 모형의 전체물량을 대상으로 전체 운송비용 최적해 도출을 위한 실험을 하였고 Cluster2, Cluster3은 운송물량 분할 방식의 DBSA를 적용하여 실험대상을 2,3개로 분할하여 실험을 진행하였으며, 전체비용 =1,2,3이 평가되었다.

Cargo transportation possesses unique characteristics influenced by factors such as product type, origin-to-destination dynamics, fluctuating demand, time constraints, market conditions, competition, production volume fluctuations, product pricing, and transportation costs. These factors significantly impact a company's transportation policies and decision-making processes. The transportation problem can be seen as a minimum cost flow problem utilized in intricate scenarios involving multiple supply and demand locations, each with distinct volumes of supply and demand, along with specific unit delivery costs. The system comprises a total of supply points and (n) demand points, with varying supply amounts at each supply point and corresponding demands at the respective demand points. Additionally, each unit of shipment incurs a specific shipping cost . This study primarily focuses on the costs associated with transporting raw materials to manufacturing plants for product creation and the subsequent shipping costs involved in delivering the finished products to customers. Hence, developing a distribution and allocation plan that effectively minimizes transportation modeling costs is of utmost importance. To achieve an optimal solution, this study adopts an experimental approach by dividing the transportation volume based on the transportation route for raw materials delivery and subsequent product shipping. Cluster1 conducted an experiment to derive the optimal solution for the total transportation cost of the entire quantity within the experimental model. Cluster2 and Cluster3 utilized the transport volume distribution allocation method and implemented the DBSA algorithm to divide the vehicle route. The test subject was divided into two or three segments, and the evaluation of the total cost was performed for scenarios where =1,2,3.
