초록

京·牧·都護府를 포함한 界內의 首官인 界首官에는 기존의 邑司 조직 외에 外官廳이 공존한다. 일반 계수관에서 갖춘 통상적 관사시설 외에도 주시하는 최상위 계수관인 다경은 다른 층위의 시설을 더 지닌다. 다경에는 分司 기구를 두었다. 그런데 분사기구는 京 이하의 계수관 단위에는 두지 않았다.
영빈송객의 장소로 지정된 五里亭은 읍치소 5리 안팎에 소재한 공공시설이다. 오리정은 속현에는 아예 없는 곳도 있으나, 다경에는 迎春亭이라는 구체적 명칭으로 읍치 5리 안팎에 다수 분포한다. 하늘의 至高神과 지상의 신격 간에는 다층위적 서열이 존재한다. 개경에서는 다원적 지고신(천신)을 포용하여 다양한 제천의례를 거행한다. 도교식 제천의례인 醮禮는 毬庭을 갖춘 개경 ·서경·동경에서만 치러졌다.
다경 경영의 핵심적 이념은 明堂 巡駐論이다. 군주는 四時 순환을 통해서 시간을 주재하는 최상위 권력자임을 표상한다. 사시순환은 적절한 시기에 따르는 국왕 거소의 이동과 결합한다. 明堂位는 수도에만 국한하지 않고 四時의 시간 주기에 따라 옮겨진다. 명당위 관념은 다경을 巡駐할 때 국왕에게는 이동의 명분을 제공해주었다.
다경에서는 외읍에서 관민 주도로 행해지던 재지의 토착의례나 영춘정(영객정)에서 영빈송객하던 맞이의식, 명당위 관념이 투영된 순주의례, 건국주 태조에 대한 숭신과 초례가 행해졌다. 여러 의식 중에서 태조 숭신과 구정의 天神 제례(醮禮), 四時의 명당 순주는 다경에 특화되어 목ㆍ도호부와 차이나는 다경의 상징권위를 이로부터 모색할 수 있다.
