남북한 교과 용어의 어휘론적 차이에 대하여 ―9개 교과를 대상으로― (The lexical differences of the terminology between South and North Korean pedagogical field:based on the textbooks of nine subjects)

초록

The purposes of this study are 1) to extract the terminology in the nine text books of South Korea and North Korea such as a korean language, literature, technology, art, music, earth science, geography, universal geography, and Chinese writing, 2) to classify the terminologies morphologically and 3) to contrast the similar terminologies of South Korea and North Korea.
In order to do these, we took the procedure as follows: first, we studied the lexicology, the morphological construction of the terminologies and the standards of classification of the correspondence pairs in the viewpoint of language heterogeneitization. Next we classified the 438 different pairs among 963 correspondence pairs into the differences of lexical identity, orthography, the origin of a loan word, the word form and the others(i.e. differences of expression). It was because the classification is a direct approach to the language attitudes of the South and North Korean language authorities in terms of language heterogeneitization.
As a result, we got to know that there are no differences of grammatical rules concerning word-formation rules and phrase-formation rules between two Koreans. It was natural that the percentage of differences of expression ranked the highest. Differences of lexical identity, differences of orthography ranked lower in this order. We expected that differences of loan word origin and those of word form would rank very high. But it was not true.
