고등학생의 부․모 애착과 진로정체감의 관계에서 자기격려의 매개효과 (The Mediated Effects of Self-Encouragement in the Relationship of High School Students’ Paternal and Maternal Attachment and Career Identity)

초록

본 연구는 부․모 애착과 자기격려 및 진로정체감의 구조적 관계를 확인하고, 부․모 애착과 진로정체감에 대한 자기격려의 매개효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 경기도 P시에 소재하는 6개 일반계 고등학교 2학년 459명을 대상으로 부모애착, 자기격려, 진로정체감 척도를 사용하여 측정하였다. 이 연구의 통계처리는 SPSS/WIN 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부 애착과 모 애착, 진로정체감, 자기격려의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 적률상관계수를 산출한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부․모 애착이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 단순회귀분석을 통해 확인한 결과, 부 애착과 모 애착은 진로정체감에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부 애착, 모 애착과 진로정체감의 관계에서 자기격려의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 측정모형 검증과 구조모형 검증을 통해 그 효과의 유의성을 살펴보았다. 측정모형 검증 결과 부 애착, 모 애착 모두 측정변인들이 각 잠재변인들을 잘 반영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 부 애착과 모 애착을 구분하여 진로정체감 및 자기격려의 구조모형을 확인한 결과 모두 적합한 것으로 나타났으며, 부 애착과 모 애착 모두 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 자기격려가 완전매개 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 고등학생을 대상으로 구조모형을 통해 부 애착과 모 애착이 자기격려를 매개로 진로정체감에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 추후 연구에서 밝혀야 할 점에 관하여 논의 하였다.

영어초록

The purpose of this research is to identify the structural relationship of paternal and maternal attachments, self- encouragement, and career identity, and to examine the mediated effect of self-encouragement on the paternal and maternal attachments and career identity. The subjects of this research were 459 students in the 2nd-year class of 6 general high schools located in P City in Gyeonggi-do and were measured using the scale of paternal and maternal attachments, self- encouragement, career identity. For the statistical treatment of the analysis in this research, SPSS/WIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs were used. The results obtained through this research are as follows. First, the results of computing the product moment correlation coefficients to examine the correlation of paternal attachment and maternal attachment, career identity, and self-encouragement were found to be statistically significant. Second, the result of simple regression analysis shows that the paternal and maternal attachments make a statistically significant influence on the career identity. third, in order to examine the mediated effects of self-encouragement in the relationship of the paternal attachment and maternal attachment and the career identity, the significance of the effects was examined through the measurement model test and structural model test. The results of the measurement model test showed that the measurement variable reflected the latent variable well in the paternal attachment and the maternal attachment. And the results of examining the structural model of career identity and self-encouragement by distinguishing between the paternal attachment and the maternal attachment showed that they were all appropriate, and that the self-encouragement completely mediated it in the course of the paternal attachment and the maternal attachment all having effects on the career identity. This research is meaningful in that it has confirmed through the structural model with the self-encouragement set as the parameter that the paternal attachment and the maternal attachment have effects on the career identity of high school students.
