결혼이주여성의 사회활동참여가 결혼행복감에 미치는 영향 연구 (Analysis of the Influence of Marriage Migrant Women's Participation in Social Activities on Marital Happiness)

초록

본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 사회활동참여가 결혼행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석하려는 목적으로 수행하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 결혼이주여성 238명이 응답한 자료를 SPSS와 AMOS 등의 통계분석 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 결혼이주여성의 사회활동참여가 결혼행복감에 어떠한 영향을미치는가를 구체적으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 결혼이주여성의 사회활동참여 중 경제활동은 결혼만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 결혼불만족에유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지역사회활동과 자기계발활동 중 전문능력계발활동과 교양능력계발활동이 결혼만족과 결혼불만족에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연령이 통제변수로서 연령에 따라 결혼이주여성 사회활동참여가 결혼행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 연령이 높은집단과 연령이 낮은 집단의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연령의 고저에 관계없이, 모두 경제활동, 지역사회활동 변수가 결혼이주여성의 결혼행복감에 통제역할을하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 엄중한 코로나19 사태를 맞이하여 경제활동의 중요성을 인식하고 저축이나 보험과 같은 경제적 행위가 미래의 성공적인결혼행복감에 미치는 영향을 심층 분석하였다는 측면과 지역사회활동 유형을 세부적으로 구분하여 심층적 분석을 하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of marriage-immigrant women's participation in social activities on their marital happiness. To achieve the goal of the study, was a questionnaire devised and a survey conducted based on the research model derived through literature review. In the survey, it was conducted on 238 married immigrant women nationwide while observing the COVID-19 quarantine rules. The reliability or validity of its research model was verified by the factor analysis of the filled data, and the validity of the model was analyzed by using statistical analysis programs such as SPSS and AMOS. As a result of the study, it was found that an economic activity during marriage-immigrant women's participation in social activities had a significant effect on marital satisfaction, but had no significant effect on marital dissatisfaction. Also, it was found that among community activities or self-development ones, there is no significant effect on the professional competency or the liberal arts ones related to marital satisfaction or dissatisfaction. As a result of analyzing the effect of marriage-immigrant women's participation in social activities on marital happiness according to age as a control variable, there was a difference between the older group and the lower age group. Regardless of age, economic activity and community activity variables were found to play a controlling role in marriage-migrant women's marital happiness. The results of this study recognize the importance of economic activity in the face of the severe COVID-19 situation. And is an in-depth analysis of the impact of economic activities such as savings and insurance on the future successful marriage happiness divided in detail with its significance. So do the types of community activities with significance. Therefore, the study is meaningful in that it performed an in-depth analysis on those with its significance or not.
