전문무용인의 무용자신감, 삶의 만족 및 대인관계가 무용행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Professional Dancer'S Dance Confidence, Life Satisfaction and Interpersonal Relations on the Dance Euphoria.)

초록

본 연구는 전문무용인의 배경적 특성에 따른 무용행복감의 차이를 분석하고 무용자신감, 삶의 만족, 대인관계가 무용행복감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울특별시에 소재한 국․공립 무용단, 민간 단체무용단, 독립무용단에 소속된 안무가 및 무용수 총 277명을 표집 하였다. 설문지 조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 일원변량분석, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 배경적 특성 중 직책을 제외한 성, 연령, 월수입, 전공, 소속, 경력에 따른 무용행복감은 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 안무가 집단이 예술감독 및 대표 집단과 준단원 및 예비단원 집단에 비해 자아실현을 통한 행복감이 더 높았다. 둘째, 전문무용인의 무용자신감 중 사회적지지는 무용행복감의 하위변인인 성취감, 무용수행만족, 자아실현, 몰입감에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 능력자신감은 성취감에, 목표준비는 성취감과 자아실현에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전문무용인의 삶의 만족은 무용행복감의 하위변인 중 무용수행만족, 자아실현, 몰입감에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 전문무용인의 대인관계 중 의사소통은 무용행복감의 하위변인인 몰입감에, 감정이해는 성취감에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 개방성은 무용수행만족, 자아실현, 몰입감에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다.

영어초록

This study attempted to analyze a difference in dance euphoria according to professional dancers' background characteristics and identify what effect dance confidence, life satisfaction and interpersonal relations had on dance euphoria. To attain the purpose of this study, the questionnaire research was conducted for a total of 277 choreographers and dancers belonging to the national and public dance companies and independent dance companies located in Seoul. To analyze data collected from the questionnaire research, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted. As a result, the following findings were obtained:First, it was found that there was no significant difference in dance happiness according to background characteristics such as gender, age, monthly income, speciality, belongingness and career except position. The group of choreographers showed a higher level of dance euphoria through self-realization compared to that of artistic directors and representatives and that of semi-dancers and would-be dancers. Second, it was found that social support, one of professional dancer's dance confidence, had a positive effect on the subfactors of dance euphoria such as a sence of accomplishment, dance performance satisfaction, self-realization and a sense of commitment. It was found that ability confidence had a positive effect on a sense of accomplishment and object preparation had a positive effect on a sense of accomplishment and self-realization. Third, it was found that professional dancers' life satisfaction had a positive effect on the subfactors of dance euphoria such as dance performance satisfaction, self-realization and a sense of commitment. Fourth, it was found that communication, one of professional dancers' interpersonal relations, had a positive effect on the subfactors of dance euphoria such as a sense of commitment, that emotional understanding had a positive effect on a sense of accomplishment and that openness had a positive effect on dance performance satisfaction, self-realization and a sense of commitment.
