1. 연구의 필요성
산욕기란 분만으로 인한 상처가 완전히 낫고 자궁이 평상시 상태가 되며 신체의 각 기관이 임신 전 상태로 회복되기까지의 기간으로 일반적으로 분만 직후부터 산후 6주까지의 기간을 말한다. 이 시기의 산모는 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 변화를 겪게 된다.
특히 산욕기 산모의 신체적 변화로 유즙 생성으로 인한 유방울혈이 나타나게 되는데, 이는 증가된 모유와 혈액, 림프액이 유방조직의 종창으로 움직임이 없어진 상태를 말한다.
유방울혈은 산후 통증의 원인 중 하나로 50% 이상의 산모가 경험하는 흔한 합병증이지만, 산 모의 불편감과 통증을 초래할 뿐 아니라 유선염으로 진행되어 모유수유를 방해하는 원인이 되므로 산욕기 산모의 유방간호는 매우 중요하다 할 수 있다
2. 연구의 목적
본 연구의 목적은 간호사가 제공할 수 있는 온 찜질 및 냉 찜질, 마사지, 양배추 요법을 포함 한 광범위한 문헌검색을 통해 무작위 통제 실험연구와 대조군 임상연구를 고찰하고 유방간 호 중재법에 따른 효과를 메타분석을 통해 통합함으로써 근거기반실무에 있어 근거를 제시 하고자 한다.
