초록

이 논문은 중학교 한문 수업에서 전통적 가치관 교육의 실제 수업 방안을 구성하여 그 과정을 검토하고 실제 수업 사례의 내용을 제시한 것이다.
전통적 가치관을 담고 있는 중학교 한문 교과서 상의 주요 제재에 대한 학습 과정이 중학교 학습자의 실제 삶과 동떨어진 차원이 아니라 학습자 일상의 삶에 긴밀하게 다가갈 수 있고, 중학교 학습자들의 가치관 형성에 자발적으로 작동할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 또한 이러한 학습 과정은 가치관을 담고 있는 제재에 대한 기본적인 독해 이후에 자연스럽게 체화 되도록 해야 한다. 즉 독해를 통한 가치관에 대한 이해와 가치관을 형성하는 활동이 유기적으로 연결되어 학습자가 자발적이며 자연스럽게 전통적 가치관을 수용하고 적용하는 과정이 수업을 통해 구현되어야 한다. 이러한 관점에 입각하여 실제 수업 방안은 교과서 제재에 대한 독해 학습과 이를 체험하여 적용하는 수행평가 수업의 과정으로 구성하여 ‘나를 돌아보는 한문 수업 – 인성 탐구 한문과 학습’이란 연간 계획을 통해 운영하게 되었다. <나를 돌아보는 한문 수업>은 모두 4개 영역으로 운영하였다.
첫째는 ‘내 인생의 고사성어 좌우명 발표하기’이다. 2학년을 대상으로 학생 자신의 인생관을 담아 삶의 지표가 될 수 있는 고사성어를 고르게 하고 선정한 고사성어의 ① 음과 뜻(겉뜻과 속뜻), ② 유래, ③ 내포된 교훈이나 주제, ④ 선정 이유, ⑤ 가상의 미래 모습을 보고문(제시된 서식에 따라)에 작성하고 작성한 보고문의 내용을 주로 ppt형식으로 개별 발표하게 하였다. 개별 발표 시간은 3분∼5분 사이로 제한하고 순번을 정해 발표하게 하였고 그 발표문 가운에 선정한 이유와 미래의 모습과 연관된 내용을 글로 모았다.
두 번째는 ‘나를 돌아보는 한문 성찰록 쓰기’이다. 2학년을 대상으로 교과서 수업이 1주일에 걸쳐 끝나면 해당 단원에서 성어, 속담, 격언을 하나 골라 이를 자신의 하루하루 일과 생활과 연결하여 고르게 하여 선정한 성어, 속담, 격언을 ① 한자로 쓰고 풀이하게 하고, ② 나를 돌아보는 반성과 성찰의 주제(제목)을 정하여 ③ 그 내용을 일기, 반성문, 수필, 만화 등등의 형식으로 작성하게 하는 수업이다.
세 번째는 ‘좌우명 한자성어 창작하기’이다. 2학년 대상으로 고사성어에 대한 강의식 수업으로 독해력 파악에 중점을 두고 진행한 이후 수행평가로 한자성어 창작하기 수업을 운영한다. 모둠을 구성하여 모둠원에게 <덕담지>를 돌려 자신의 장점을 받도록 하고 모둠원의 의견을 참고하여 자신이 생각하는 장점과 단점을 적고, <나의 좌우명>을 정하여 한글 문장으로 적도록 한다. 수업시 간에 배운 한자성어와 고사성어의 형식을 본뜨거나 자기 나름대로 단어의 짜임에 유의하여 좌우명이 될 자신만의 한자성어를 창작하게 한다.
네 번째는 ‘바른 인성을 탐구하는 한문 토의 수업-인성 탐구 감상문 쓰기’이다. 3학년 대상으로 명언·명구 독해 수업을 바탕으로 교과서에 없는 격언에 대하여 개인별 해석을 시도하고 모둠별 토의를 통해 올바른 해석을 찾아보며 그 속에 담긴 주제와 교훈을 탐구할 수 있도록 수업을 진행했 다. 개인별, 모둠별로 해석해본 격언들의 주제와 교훈을 학생들이 내면화할 수 있도록 <인성 탐구 감상문>을 작성하여 제출하게 했다. 감상문의 형식은 ① 격언의 주제와 교훈에 대한 설명 적기 ② 자신의 삶과 관련하여 구체적으로 깨닫게 된 의미와 느낌 적기의 구성으로 제출하게 했다.
이상의 네 가지 ‘나를 돌아보는 한문 수업 – 인성 탐구 한문과 학습’을 운영한 결과 한문 제재에 담긴 교훈과 주제를 학생들이 실생활에서 자신의 삶에 체화하여 가치관을 형성하는 계기가 될 수 있도록 한 수업 목표가 일정 정도 수행되었음을 알 수 있었다. 주로 수신(修身)를 주제로 한 전통적 가치관이 학습자에게 실생활에서 체험되게 하는 활동이 직접적인 주제 전달의 수업보다 더 효과적인 방안이라는 점을 확인할 수 있었다.

In this paper, the practical teaching method of traditional value education is composed in the middle school classroom in junior high school.
The process of studying major sanctions on middle school Classical Chinese textbooks that contain traditional values can be approached not only to the real life of middle school students but also to the life of everyday students, and to work voluntarily to form values of middle school learners. In other words, the process of understanding and accepting the values and applying the traditional values naturally to learners should be implemented through the lessons. Based on this viewpoint, the actual teaching plan consists of the reading learning about the textbook sanction and the performance evaluation class which is applied by experiencing it, and it is operated through the annual plan called 'Hanmun class for looking at me - <All Classical Chinese classes to look around me> were all in four areas.
The first is 'to announce the motto of my life'. The third is 'to create a motto of Korean motto'. This course focuses on reading comprehension by lecture lesson about the dead language as a target for the second grade, and then runs a lesson to create a Classical Chinese character language through performance evaluation. Organize the group and give it back to the members of the group to receive their merits and write down the advantages and disadvantages they think by referring to the opinions of their members, and write down their motto in Korean. You can create your own Classical Chinese character words that will be the motto to follow the form of the Classical Chinese characters and the ending words learned in the class or to keep in mind the structure of the words in your own way.
The fourth is 'the lesson of the Classical Chinese text studying the right personality - the writing of the examination of personality inquiry'. Based on the reading and listening comprehension lessons for the 3rd grade students, I tried to interpret individual notions that are not in the textbooks, and tried to find out the correct interpretation through group discussions and to study the topics and lessons learned in them. In order to allow students to internalize the themes and lessons of the maximals that were interpreted by individuals and groups, they were asked to fill out and submit them. As a result of running four kinds of 'Chinmun class to look back at me' - 'Inclusion study Classical Chinese writing and learning', I have learned the lesson and theme in the Classical Chinese writing sanctuary as a goal of teaching students' And it was confirmed that it was performed to some extent. It can be seen that the activities that have experience in real life through activities that are not burdensome to the learner are more effective than the teaching of direct topic.
