ABSTRACT

한국어 초록

본 연구의 목적은 웹 토론방의 수업사례 토론에서 나타난 유아교사의 메시지 유형이 어떠한지를 살펴보고 자기조절 학습능력에 따라 메시지 유형이 어떻게 다른지를 분석하여 교사교육에서 웹 토론방을 활용할 때 고려해야할 조건을 알아보는 것이다. 8주간의 웹사이트를 운영한 후 20명의 교사들이 사례토론방에 올린 메시지를 분석하였다. 연구결과 유아교사들의 메시지는 인지적, 상호작용적, 메타인지적 유형의 순서로 나타났고 자기조절 학습능력에 따라 메시지 유형의 큰 차이를 보였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 전문교사가 갖는 특성과 유사하고 웹과 같이 개방된 공간에서 요구되는 자기조절 학습능력과 메시지 유형간에 관련이 있음을 알 수 있다.

영어 초록

This study investigates early childhood teachers' message type and how different message types depend on their self-regulated learning levels. Moreover it examins what teacher educator should take into consideration as to the web-bbs management.
The following research questions are set to meet the above purpose.
1) How is the early childhood teachers' self-regulated learning ability? 2) How is the message type? 3) How do the message types depend on the self-regulated learning ability? 4) How is the meaning-unit-type per message of one message is composed according to the self-regulated learning ability?
Twenty kindergarten teachers were the subjects in this study. Of the cases for this study, 8 were selected based on the case development standard. The results of this study can be summarized as follows:
Three types of the messages were revealed such as cognitive type, interactive type and meta cognitive type. There were great differences depend on the self-regulated learning ability. The findings of this study reveal that there are the co-relations between the self-regulated learning levels and message types.
