초록

본 연구는 가정사역의 일환으로 “재결단 요법을 적용한 성인아이 치유 프로그램” 시안을 개발, 제시하는 것으로써 역기능가정의 성인아이를 교육하고 치료하고 증진하고 예방하는 것을 돕는 기초자료 제공에 주목적을 두었다. 문헌고찰을 통해 본 프로그램 시안 내용 중 먼저 가정과 역기능 가정의 성인아이, 그리고 성서적 관점의 성인아이에 대해서 고찰하였다. 그리고 성인아이의 실존적 문제를 검토하였고 성인아이 치유를 위한 접근 방법은 재결단 요법을 선택하여 그 적용성과 이론에 관하여 고찰하였다. 성인아이 치유를 위한 재결단요법의 유용성은 성인아이를 재양육하고 미해결과제를 해결하여 인격적인 힘을 강화시키고 ‘자아-타자-하나님’과의 친밀한 교제를 성취하며 자아의 성장을 도울 수 있다는 것이다. 또한 재결단요법의 제한성은 영적 성장을 이루는데 모델이 없으며, 지속적인 자가 치료가 어렵다는 데에 있다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 제한성을 보완하기 위하여 성경(그리스도)을 모델로 제시하였으며 그리스도요법의 ‘마음-비우기와 영혼-즐기기’의 명상기법을 제시하였다. 그리고 마지막으로 재결단요법의 이론과 원리에 관하여 고찰하였다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 재결단요법의 유용성을 활용하고 제한성을 보완하여 성인아이 치유 프로그램에 대한 시안을 모색, 개발하였다. 성인아이 치유단계를 시작단계(1 회기), 교육 및 분석 단계(2∼5 회기), 치료단계(6∼9 회기), 연합단계(10 회기), 증진단계(11 회기), 선언 및 파송단계(12 회기)의 총 6단계, 12회기로 설정하고, 각 회기의 시간은 주 1회 180분으로 정하고, 참가자는 8∼10명으로 구성한 프로그램을 설계하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 시안은 심리분석학적 치료와 기독교에 바탕을 둔 영적 치료가 결합되었으며, 이것은 성인아이의 교육, 치료, 증진, 예방 등의 각 차원들을 통합한다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 점들을 고려하여 후속 연구를 위한 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인아이의 진단 범위를 확실시 하고 연구 검증하여 실행할 수 있도록 표준화된 성인아이 진단 검사도구의 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 예방의 중요성을 감안하여 성인아이 치료 프로그램을 결혼 예비부부나 신혼부부에 초점을 맞추어 설계하고 적용한다면 다음세대의 성인아이의 정서적 어려움을 더욱 예방할 수 있으며 건강하고 행복한 가정을 창출할 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 재결단 요법을 적용한 성인아이 치유 사역 프로그램 시안을 실제 현장에서 적용하여 실증적 효과를 밝히는 작업이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and present “A Tentative Plan of the Healing Ministry Group Program to the Adult-Child through Redecision Therapy”, which leads not only to educate and healing Adult-Children in dysfunctional family but also to prevent such situation. Adult-Child in normal family and the opposite in the eye of the Bible. It describes and analyzes the past, present, future of an Adult-Child in accordance with the 8 stages of psychological & social development brought by Erik Erikson to pull out the existent problem of Adult-child. As a result, it is diagnosed that the existent problem of Adult-child comes from lack of humanistic & close intercourse with Ego- Others-God. And also it establishes the direction of this program for curing Adult-child, to check the appropriateness of this program and then looked over the general view and theory of Therapy. This program shall be directed to reinforcement of personality power and close intercourse with Ego-Others-God, based on the model presented by Fehr and Hans. And it developed the program of healing Adult-child, utilizing the usefulness of Redecision Therapy and complementing the limitation. The program of healing Adult-child comprises 6 stages with 12 sessions in total; Beginning stage (1st stage), Education and Analysis (2nd~5th stage), Curing (6~9th stage), Combination (10th stage), Promotion (11th stage), Announcement & Finishing (12th stage). Each session is designed to take 180 minutes a week with attendance of 8 to 10 people. Lastly, the nature required to proceed this program is listed. The feature of this program is as follows; First, it introduces multilateral personality examination in healing Adult-child. Second, it leads to educate, analyze, remedy abnormal Ego and family through Redecision therapy, which is one of professional psychological therapies. Third, it makes Ego-Others-God united and helps growth of personality through the Circle at Bible. Fourth, it transmits a technique of Mind-fasting and Spirit-fasting so that self-healing and spiritual growth can be continued after finishing the course of this program. It plays a role to change the family to a positive functioning through "Family Mission Declaration" and a dispatch ceremony. It is also designed to prevent such Adult-child in next generation. That is, psychological remedy and spiritual healing was combined at this program based on Christianity. It integrates all the aspects like training, remedy, promoting, and prevention. Lastly, it ends with some suggestions as below for subsequent research. First, it shall set clearly the extent of examination for Adult-children and it is required to develop standard diagnostic examination tool for Adult-Child. Second, it says that prevention is better that lots of healing. Hence, when this program is designed and applied to the newly married couples and future couples, it will prevent Adult-children at next generation a lot and contribute to make healthy and happy family.
