All agreement entered into between A, Seoul, Korea(hereimafter called the sellers) and B, New York, U.S.A(hefeinafter called the buyers), witnesses as fallows;
한국 서울의 A사(이하 seller)와 미국 뉴욕의 B사(이하 buyer)에 의해 체결된 본 협정서는 다음 사항을 증명한다.

1. Business: Both sellers and buyers act as principals and not as agents.
(거래 : seller와 buyer는 대리인으로 거래하는 것이 아니라 당사자간의 거래하는 것이다.)

2. Goods : Goods in business, their unit to be quoted, and their mode of packing shall be stated in the attached list.
(물품 : 거래물품, 제시된 단위, 포장의 형태는 별표에 기재한다.)

3. Quotations and Offers : Unless otherwise specified in e-mail, fax, or letters, all quotations and offers submitted by either party to this agreement shall be in U.S. dollars on the basis of C.I.F. New York.
(견적, 청약 : 팩스나 이메일, 편지에 특별한 언급이 없는 한, 본 협정 당사자에 의하여 제시된 모든 견적과 청약은 뉴욕항 도착 CIF에 기초하는 미화로 표시된다.)
