1) SLE (Systemic Lupus erythematosus )

1. 정의
자가 면역 질환의 일종으로 pathogenic auto Ab &immune complex에 의해 세포와 조직이 손상을 받아 면역체계가 외부의 침입으로부터 자신을 보호하기보다 자신 스스로의세포를 잘못 공격하게 되는 질환

2. 증상
- 주로 20~40대의 젊은 여자에게서 발병
- dry scaly raised of the face
- butterfly erythema of the face, 탈모, anemia, photosensitivity, discoid lesion,
fever, weakness, fatigue, anorexia, joint pain (rheumatoid arthritis와 비슷),
pleuritic pain, renal failure, nephritis
