초록

Since the advent of smart phones are being forced to change in many industries. Traditional companies have been doing business in a fixed place and time. But in the future smart phones will be processed utilizing business anytime, anywhere. This is equally applicable in the logistics industry. The high demands of customers in the B2C(business-to-consumer) environment, many take advantage of a smart phone because it is being made. In the B2B(business-to-business) environment, on the other hand, it is still lack of utilization. Because 3PL companies run business in the B2B environment, the high-level partnerships with other companies is needed.
In this study, the smart phone application was designed for 3PL companies. By using this application, 3PL companies will be able to get the enhanced partnership.
