초록

(연구배경 및 목적) 현대 도시는 심각한 대기 및 수질 오염, 녹지 공간의 감소, 교통 소음 등 다양한 문제가 발생하고 있으며, 도심의 환경 수용력이 한계를 넘어서고 있다. 이에 훼손된 환경의 악영향에 직면하여 지속 가능성과 거주성을 회복하기 위한 다각적인 개입이 요구되고 있다. 최근, 전 세계적인 이슈이자 화두가 되고 있는 지속 가능한 패러다임 시나리오로 보면 환경에 대한 관심과 문제는 지속적으로 이어질 것으로 보인다. 이와 같은 시대적 요구와 변화에 따라 주거의 환경문제에 대해 여러 시나리오가 대두될 것이다. 이에 현세대와 미래세대를 위한 친환경 주거를 지향해야 할 것이며, 미래 친환경 주거의 방향성에 대한 모색이 필요한 실정이다. (연구방법) 첫째, 문헌 및 자료조사를 통하여 지속 가능한 패러다임에 대한 이론적 고찰을 하여 지속가능성의 전개 양상과 정의를 살펴보았다. 둘째, 지속 가능한 디자인의 핵심 모델과 원칙을 살펴보았으며, 지속가능한 디자인을 위한 프레임워크를 수립하였다. 셋째, 친환경 주거의 방향성을 살펴볼 수 있는 문헌연구와 선행연구 분석을 통해 미래 친환경 주거의 특성 및 방향성에 대해 도출하였다. 넷째, 도출된 방향성을 기반하여 미래지향적인 친환경 주거모델과 프로젝트에 나타난 지속가능성과 미래 친환경 주거의 방향성을 분석하였다. 다섯째, 종합적인 분석을 통해 도출한 결과를 토대로 지속 가능한 디자인을 위한 미래 친환경 주거의 방향성을 제시하였다. (결과) 본 연구에서는 지속 가능한 디자인의 모델과 원칙을 기반으로 지속 가능한 디자인을 위한 프레임워크를 수립하였고, 미래 친환경 주거의 방향성을 4가지(첨단기술형, 관계지향형, 건강중심형, 자연친화형)로 분류하였다. 분석결과, 자연친화형이 가장 높은 특성이 나타났고, 다음으로는 첨단기술형이 높게 나타났으며, 관계지향형과 건강중심형은 동등한 수치로 도출되었다. 이는 미래 주거가 자연과 조화롭게 공존하여 친환경적인 특성을 강조하는 방향으로 나아갈 것을 시사하며, 자연친화적인 요소도 중요하지만 혁신적인 기술을 활용한 주거 개념이 중요하다는 것을 반영한다. 또한, 주거에서 사회적 관계와 건강이 중요하며, 이러한 측면들이 함께 고려되어야 한다는 시사점을 제공한다. (결론) 미래의 친환경 주거공간은 지속가능성을 기반하여, 환경과 공간, 양자의 관계성 위에서 기술의 융합을 통해 자가발전하며 지역사회의 관계를 도모하고, 건강증진을 촉진할 것이다. 이러한 다양성을 활용하여 생태적인 친환경 주거에서 더 나아가 미래 지향적인 지속 가능한 친환경 주거 모델을 개발할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영어초록

(Background and Purpose) Modern cities are suffering from severe air and water pollution, dwindling green spaces, and traffic noise, pushing the environmental carrying capacity of urban centers beyond their limits. Faced with the adverse effects of a degraded environment, multifaceted interventions are required to restore sustainability and livability. In recent years, environmental concerns and issues are likely to continue in the sustainable paradigm scenario, which has become a global issue and hot topic. According to the needs and changes of the times, various scenarios will emerge for environmental issues in housing. Therefore, it is necessary to pursue eco-friendly housing for current and future generations, and it is necessary to explore the direction of future eco-friendly housing. (Method) First, a theoretical review of the sustainable paradigm is conducted through literature and data collection to explore the development and definition of sustainability. Second, the core models and principles of sustainable design are examined to establish a framework for sustainable design. Third, the characteristics and directions of future eco-dwellings are derived through the analysis of literature and precedent studies that can explore the direction of eco-dwellings. Fourth, based on the derived direction, the sustainability of future eco-friendly housing models and projects and the direction of future eco-friendly housing are analyzed. Fifth, based on the results derived from the comprehensive analysis, the direction of future eco-friendly housing for sustainable design is proposed. (Results) In this study, a framework for sustainable design was established based on sustainable design models and principles from the perspective of the sustainability paradigm, and the directions of future eco-friendly housing were classified into four categories (green high-tech, community, healthy, and eco-friendly). As a result of the analysis, the nature-friendly type showed the highest characteristics, the next high-tech type was high, and the relationship-oriented type and health-oriented type were derived as equal figures. This suggests that future housing will coexist harmoniously with nature and emphasize eco-friendly characteristics, reflecting that nature-friendly factors are also important, but the concept of housing using innovative technologies is important. It also provides implications that social relations and health are important in residential space and that these aspects should be considered together. (Conclusions) The eco-friendly residential space of the future will be based on sustainability and will develop itself through the convergence of technology based on the relationship between the environment, space, and both, promote community relations, and promote health. By utilizing this diversity, it is expected that we will be able to develop a sustainable eco-friendly housing model that is future-oriented, going beyond ecological eco-friendly housing.
